lol travel gets me their best travel agents, quite helpful, assiting on what you want more than what benefit them. so that I really helped seeing through which place is perfect for me.

Ils encaissent des réservations et prétextent des retards dans la gestion des dossiers. En fait, c'est une enseigne bidon, qui n'existe pas, émergence d'un grand groupe italo-espagnol qui encaisse mais ne rembourse jamais. Inutile d'essayer de les joindre, vous perdrez votre temps en plus de l'argent que vous avez déjà versé.

Worst travel agency ever. My flight was cancelled and Lol Travel hasn't given me any refund since March. They haven't replied to my e-mails. I will never trust this company again, they will steal your money and lie. Hope they will get their payback someday.
To save time for other travelers and alert your attention on loltravel, I summarize my experience in short:
1,loltravel advertised an attractive rate of hotel room, saying the price includes free parking and is refundable
2,the only extra fee to be paid at hotel is U$25
After I paid, the confirmation email repeated above, but the voucher which is supposed to show at hotel says the price does not including parking.
They agree there is mismatching but say they are not responsible for dissimilarities on website, it's third party's job. I called the hotel directly, the hotel said they don't know why the website described the parking is free in 4 occurrences, asked me to check with the website and told me the resort fee is U$33.75, not U$25 as stated in the voucher provided by loltravel.
loltravel suggested to provide 20 Euro discount for my next hotel booking on loltravel if I keep this reservation and after I check out. Otherwise they suggest me to cancel the reservation but they may keep me 2 months to wait for the refunding. While the rate of other hotel rooms is increasing with the time.
If you don't want to go into this kind of dilemma, please be cautious on loltravel.
TERRIBLE.. Reservation for some reason was made at the wrong hotel. Wanted to be at airport and paid $150 for the night. Reservation was for a completley different hotel that, on their website, costs $67 / night. LOL claimed the mistake was on my end.. even though the price was double the normal rate but inline with the rate for the Airport hote.
this online agency,as it name stands for, is a joke !!! LOL on us who trusted them.
They gave me a flight ticket with a wrong flight details, on the voucher was a flight number that doesn't exist so I could not do my online check in which was my connecting flight. At the aerport I was sent to wrong gate because they were confused about the flight and there were two flights 5 min apart so after running from one part of the airport to another I missed to check in and couldn't make it to my flight and had to buy another ticket. Not only I arrived to the destination 6 hours later (arround 2 am) but it was during the riots in Barcelona and it was a matter of safety, trying to reach my hotel which was in the middle of the battle.
Of course I contacted the agency to say my unsatisfaction about the wrong information and their answer was that while I was buying my ticket it was written that this flight COULD be made by the other flight company. That is what I noticed while making the reservation, which was one month before the flight was taken, but after receiving the flight ticket I was assuming that the written company name is the right one, how stupid of me LOL.
Now when I googled them I see so many bad experiences that customers had with them, I wish I saw this earlier.
I would never choose to use any service from them anymore. It was not because of the mistake they made but how they didn't want to admit it. They only took their time to report my review because they felt offended.
The problem bying tickets with them is you dont know who you are dealing with and who takes responsability when something goes wrong.

At the end no one is responsible and i am late 24 hours plus spent another 150 euros and nobody cares.
What i think they ve done wrong:
- i didnt get the right check in numbers to do the check in online. Stayed stressed the whole way because you cannot confirm your connection flight at the first airport (they dont work with each other)
- they sell me a flight with a 35 min connection in an airport that has no transit zone (they obviously are not well inforned). In 35 min i am expected to get out of the plane, get out of airport, check in, do security check, passport control ect. But uups. Check in close half an hour before the flight so I am stuck from start.
- you obviously miss your connection. Stress. Frustration. No other flight that day. Find a hotel. Get to town. Find food all that pregnant and sick. And the only customers service you get is "its not our fault".
It turns out it no one fault. I lost 24 hours. Have a small baby home waiting for me . Spent 150 euros extra and that s all.
Purchased Tiket paid for it at airport demand payment as the agent did not charge then I discover they did charge so I payed 2 time and now at airport they have cancelled my return Tiket so I had to pay 3rd time
hotel booked through lol was rejected by hotel. lol did not inform us nor refunded the money
We booked 2 rooms through lol.travel and got the confirmation voucher stating booking non refundable. on reaching hotel there was no booking. we called the numbers on the vouchers 8 times but no action. 1 number was only italian no english. finally paid for the room directly to hotel
I tried to make a booking of £130 through Lol Travel this afternoon, I typed my card details in, the screen turned Italian and then back to English, and then proceeded to tell me that the booking had failed. I did not attempt to try again, I simply booked through another company. I then received a confirmation email from Lol Travel for my booking. The first 5 times I tried to phone them my call got cut off. I then held for 15 minutes before speaking to someone. He told me that he could see my booking confirmation, so he did not see what my problem was. I explained again that had been a fault with their website and he said that I should have called instead, I went on to tell him how hard it had been to call up in the first place. He said I should not have gone to one of their competitors. He then said that he would have to speak to the supplier to see if they can refund me and someone will get back to me. I have called and spoken with the supplier myself, who have assured me that they will allow a refund when Lol Travel contact them, as they can see it is a duplicate booking . However, Lol Travel have just emailed me to say that I am not entitled to a refund. There was also no manager available to speak to when I asked.
