    Jeff Dunham ticket purchase

    I bought my Jeff Dunham tickets back in October 2019 for a show that was supposed to happen in November 2021. Because of Covid-19 messing things up, there were some date changes and I had trouble getting my hands on the new tickets before the show. I contacted customer service to explain my problem, and at first, they told me they couldn't give me a refund because of their policy. But after a bit of a wait, I was happy to find out that I would be getting a full refund two weeks later. All in all, they handled everything pretty well, and I was happy with how it was resolved.

    Cancelled order for May event

    I recently bought something for an event happening in May, but then I realized the next day that I needed to cancel it. I tried to get in touch with customer service a bunch of times, but every time I called, the line cut out while I was waiting to talk to a real person. When I emailed them, they said they NEVER take cancellation requests. It's made me really frustrated and upset.

    Two hours before show, no ticket

    Sorry eh, but my recent purchase from this platform was a total bust. They told me my ticket would be good to go at 5pm, but then all I got was a notice saying they were refunding my money instead. It was a major let-down, especially considering I've never had problems like this with other ticket sellers. This was my first time using this platform, and I can tell ya right now, I won't be using it again. I already got tickets from other places for the same show, and they came through no problem, no hassle.

    Purchased golf tournament tickets

    We bought tickets for a golf tournament a few weeks ago, thinking we'd have our e-tickets by the Thursday before the event. But nope, got an email on Friday - day before the big day - saying our tickets were suddenly not available. Even though there were still identical Grounds Passes up for grabs on the site, all they offered us was a refund. Total letdown, felt like we got ripped off. Think twice before buying from this website, just a heads up.

    Costly Willie Nelson concert tickets

    Oh man, let me tell you about my latest ticket-buying experience for the Willie Nelson concert. I totally fell for it and thought I'd have my hands on those tickets in time. Spent a crazy $700 on them, only to end up with nothing when I needed them most. Was told I'd get them two days before the concert, but nope, that didn't happen at all. Seems like this company just operates like that all the time. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this shady business if you don't want to get ripped off.

    Overpriced obstructed view concert tickets

    I bought two tickets for the Adam Lambert and Queen concert in Philly for $730. That price included insurance, service fees, and taxes. These seats had an obstructed view and were the most expensive tickets I've ever bought. I was bummed when we realized there was a huge T-bar blocking most of the stage. I bought these tickets six months in advance, only to find out a week before the show that other sites were selling better seats at lower prices. It was frustrating to see that the seats I got were supposed to be the "best available" when they clearly weren't. I felt deceived and won't be using this ticket service again.

    Misleading seat upgrade

    I was so disappointed with my ticket buying experience on this site. I asked for specific seats and got ones on the total opposite side of the stage. They called it an "upgrade," but it was not at all what I wanted. Their lack of clear policies made me feel confused and upset. I wasn't even sure if I would get my original seats when I got there. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience overall.

    Kenny Chesney Tickets 10/19

    Purchased tickets for a Kenny Chesney concert on October 19th, then it got postponed and no refund was offered. Who even buys concert tickets 3 years ahead of time? Customer service was terrible, no one answered my calls or emails. This feels like a scam! Be careful, always read the fine print. We should have the choice to get a refund from these big artists and corporations.

    I had a really frustrating time recently with buying tickets from a company - they sent me the wrong tickets for a specific venue and date. The customer service was super disappointing, and they didn't have any policy in place for refunds or exchanges to fix the mistake.     Purchased Phillies vs. Los Angeles Angels tickets

    My experience with buying tickets for the Phillies vs. Los Angeles Angels game on this site was a huge letdown. Even though they charged my credit card the full amount, I never got a confirmation email, PIN, or any proof of my purchase. When I tried to talk to customer service, I got no reply after several attempts to call them. The emails we exchanged ended with them saying they had no record of my purchase, which left me with no tickets and no explanation for why my card was still charged. Overall, dealing with this site made me feel frustrated and tricked, so I suggest steering clear of them at all costs.

    Pickleball tournament tickets

    I was really looking forward to using my gift card to buy tickets for a pickleball tournament on this site. But man, was I let down. The fees for the tickets were way too high, way more than I expected. And to top it off, even though they said the tickets would get to me two days before the event, they didn't show up. When I got in touch with customer service, they said the tickets would arrive 24 hours before the tournament. Imagine my surprise when I got an email on the morning of the event saying my order was cancelled. And get this - they're giving back the credit card amount as a refund, but the gift card amount separately. What a pain! Dealing with this company was such a waste of time and money. I won't be trusting them for any future ticket buys. Super disappointed and definitely wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

    Late delivery of tickets

    I bought some event tickets back on September 11th, eh, but it's been two months now and I still haven't gotten them. I was so pumped when I made the purchase, but now I'm really let down by how slow the delivery is. I've seen a bunch of reviews online saying this platform might not be legit, and now I'm stuck in this annoying situation. It's just not right for a ticket service to take this dang long to send tickets by email. If this isn't fixed soon, I'm gonna have to take this up a notch.
