I bought some shot glasses not too long ago, but they haven't arrived when they were supposed to. I had to call customer service three times to check on my order, and even though they promised a refund, I still haven't heard anything back from them. It's really frustrating to deal with this lack of responsibility and bad customer service. I suggest to others to steer clear of this company to avoid getting caught up in what seems like a possible scam.

I recently used a lab testing service and my experience was a bit mixed. I went to get my blood drawn at a local clinic and then had to wait for the results. After about a week, I gave them a call and they sent me part of the results, but said the rest would take a few more days. I waited almost 2 more weeks, called again, and finally got the rest of the results. It seemed like they forgot to send them initially, and if I hadn't followed up, I might not have received them at all. I think the company should be clear about how long it normally takes to get results for different lab test packages, so customers know what to expect. It shouldn't be necessary to contact customer service to get all the results after waiting for so long.

I bought this nail polish from a fancy advent calendar the other day, and let me tell you, it's been like nothing I've ever tried before. I've put it on three times already, and I gotta say, it's been amazing. Even with all the cleaning products I use for my DIY stuff, this polish stays on like a champ. I'm really pleased with how well it's holding up. The shade I used is "Be Your inc.credible self" from Nails Inc. So impressed!

I jus' bought this pair ah runnin' shoes for $160, ya know, hopin' they'd make it easier fer me feet when I'm out runnin' or usin' the elliptical at the gym. But after only 8 months ah wearin' 'em off 'n' on, I noticed some holes poppin' up at the front thanks to some faulty plastic part inside. A warranty would've been real nice to have, but nah, there ain't one. Left me feelin' real frustrated with the quality of these shoes, that's fer sure. Lookin' back, I wish I had gone with some Hoka's instead. 'Bout the same price, but prob'ly better durability 'n' customer support, eh.

Working with the support team this time wasn't too bad at all. I had to cancel my subscription since I no longer needed to monitor my devices. It's honestly the worst delivery service I've ever dealt with. I suggest doing some research before using them, Trustpilot reviews are usually accurate. AliExpress, please reconsider using a more reliable delivery service like PostNL before you lose more customers like me who have had a bad shopping experience.

I went to the store to grab some new clothes and the salesgirl was so rude! She said, "Ew, your bag is wet" instead of offering to help me find something cute to wear. Seriously, I got the goods in record time, faster than if I'd bought them from a local store. The quality of the helmets was amazing and they fit like a glove. One word of advice though - double-check your size before hitting that order button. I made the mistake of getting a too-big helmet and it's not worth the cost of sending it back. Gonna have to sell it off now. But honestly, other than my blunder, my experience with this company was awesome.
