Left sitting on my desk it looked more useful than it turned out to be. App feels clunky, not intuitive — I kept going back and forth, fixing settings, then realized some data weren't captured. The key-logging lagged and missed entries, camera shots were grainy and often failed. Oddly, battery life was fine, a small surprise, but support never replied. Not worth the $50 for me.

I called in about a weird software hiccup and Sara took over. She was quick, upbeat and walked me through the fix like she had time to spare — made whole thing less annoying. Not perfect (we had one small follow-up), but great aftercare. Tell Sara she made my day, and train more like her.

ask for a trial and get refund terms in writing. Service needs to improve.

The customer service rep Sara was really helpful and answered all my questions quickly. She took the time to explain everything about the product, making sure I knew how to use it correctly. I was totally impressed with her knowledge and professionalism.

This is the worst thing I ever bought, so stupid. I canceled it immediately but I already paid for 3 months in advance. You can only use it on the computer to spy on someone's phone. And you know what? It doesn't even show any call or search history! Waste of money. There are much better free apps out there that actually work.

The installation instructions were really bad, and they didn't provide any computer apps for monitoring. There was no phone support, and the tech support via email was not helpful at all. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I'm so excited because this app is really awesome! The folks who assist me with technology stuff are really friendly and explain everything in detail. I believe they should inform us when there are issues with bugs or the servers, though. Overall, I really enjoy using this app.
