The key-logging lagged and missed entries, camera shots were grainy and often failed. Oddly, battery life was fine, a small surprise, but support never replied. Not worth the $50 for me.

I called in about a weird software hiccup and Sara took over. She was quick, upbeat and walked me through the fix like she had time to spare — made whole thing less annoying. Not perfect (we had one small follow-up), but great aftercare. Tell Sara she made my day, and train more like her.
