Disappointed Diamond Member
Ya, so I went to this hotel using the Hilton app and man, the price they told me at the front desk was way off from what was listed. I'm a loyal Diamond member and I was expecting better treatment and accurate pricing, you know? But the folks at the front desk weren't really helpful and didn't want to stick to the app price. It was pretty disappointing. So yeah, I'm not gonna only stay at this hotel chain anymore. It was a real letdown.

I had to resort to using the online chat, but after waiting for three hours, I still couldn't talk to a real person. The chatbot wasn't helpful at all and just kept telling me to be patient. It was super frustrating and disappointing not being able to easily get help. I'd suggest others think twice before ordering from this site.

I'm really upset with the service I got from this company. My watch has been in for repair for two months and I just got an email saying it's delayed. I've emailed them lots but they won't reply. Even when I messaged on social media, I only got generic responses. It's frustrating to have a good product but such bad repair service.
