Wander bench cover for my dog
I bought a Wander bench cover for my dog and was happy with it until after 14 months I saw that the plastic protection was starting to wear out. The store didn't want to do anything about it, but Kurgo sent me a new cover for free. They told me to make sure to let it air out well when it gets really wet, so I'll remember that from now on. I really appreciate the good customer service and how careful Kurgo is with their products. I'll definitely keep buying from them in the future.
Booster seat purchase
I just bought some booster seats for my pup and found out that the tethers can't be replaced if they get chewed up. I wish I'd known that earlier cause it might've changed my mind about buying them.
Bench seat cover for a car
I got that bench seat cover to keep my backseat safe when I'm driving around with my dog. But you won't believe it - after just two quick trips, the thing fell apart at the seams! When I reached out to the company, they sent me to their UK office, and those folks just kept giving me the runaround. Total letdown - it was a waste of money and trust in that product.
