Flannels and other clothing items
I've been a loyal customer of this company for a while now. I love buying their flannels, along with their shirts and socks. The quality of their clothing is amazing and I really appreciate how well-made their products are. Even though the prices are a bit high, you can tell you're getting something sturdy and long-lasting, not just a popular brand name. I especially love their Crater flannels and look forward to them coming out every year. I definitely suggest their clothing to anyone who wants top-notch pieces that will stand the test of time.
Pants, color change, discount issue
So, you know how I ordered these pants online? And then I was like, "Oh, I actually want a different color." So I reached out to them and they were like, "You gotta cancel and reorder." It was kinda frustrating, but they helped me cancel and refunded my money really quickly. And then I had to ask about using my discount on the new order too. But in the end, they sent me the new pants really fast and even refunded me the discount money. So, yeah, it was a bit of a hassle, but they sorted it all out in the end.

I've always loved the quality and style of the clothes from this company. This was my first time reaching out for help, and let me tell you, the service was way better than I expected. These clothes are amazing! They make me look so confident. I had to exchange something once, and customer service was super quick and friendly. Plus, they're made in the US, so you can trust they are high quality.
Jackets
I was super pumped to give their jackets a go after hearing awesome stuff about them. The quality is top-notch, and I totally get why they've got such dedicated fans. But man, those shipping fees really bummed me out. Some American companies hook you up with free shipping on international orders over a certain amount, and that really helps when you factor in customs charges. It's a bummer because it basically doubles the original cost. Even though I dig the brand, those extra fees make me think twice about ordering from them again.
Quality men's clothing
For sure, it’s a bit more on the expensive side, but I prefer to invest in a few high-quality pieces for my wardrobe instead of lots of cheaper stuff. I think it’s better to have quality over quantity. Their clothes are really unique and stylish, and I like that they sometimes have sales. Plus, the shipping is pretty quick too.
