    I recently bought some clothes that were really well-made and had a classic style that I liked a lot. The quality was great, and I was happy with my purchase in general.     Pants, color change, discount issue

    So, you know how I ordered these pants online? And then I was like, "Oh, I actually want a different color." So I reached out to them and they were like, "You gotta cancel and reorder." It was kinda frustrating, but they helped me cancel and refunded my money really quickly. And then I had to ask about using my discount on the new order too. But in the end, they sent me the new pants really fast and even refunded me the discount money. So, yeah, it was a bit of a hassle, but they sorted it all out in the end.

    Recent Troublesome Return

    My most recent experience with this company was terrible. I had to deal with a return that ended up costing me nearly $50, and I didn't even get the clothing item I originally ordered. They were not helpful at all and instead of trying to fix the problem, they just kept sending me long emails that made me feel frustrated and unhappy with their service. It's unbelievable how a company can be so unhelpful and not admit to their mistakes. I suggest staying away from this company unless you want to deal with a lot of stress and problems. If you really have to buy from them, I recommend using PayPal for extra security in case something goes wrong.

    I bought a pair of blue chinos from this store not long ago and wore them a handful of times in the past year. The other day, I realized the zipper was starting to get loose and unzip by itself. Worried about the quality, I contacted customer service for help. But they said it was just normal wear and tear and not covered by warranty.     I was really excited when I bought the indigo boss duck Stetson shirt from this store, but I ended up feeling let down. The idea of customers funding a "workshop" item to save money on production costs seemed cool, but I was disappointed when I found out the same shirt went on sale for a much bigger discount after I funded it. It's not right to treat loyal customers who help fund items like this. It feels unethical and takes away from the whole point of the savings incentive. On top of that, only allowing 5-star reviews they approve while not posting negative ones is a sneaky business move that adds to the disappointment. I used to be a loyal customer who only shopped at this store for my clothes, but this experience has really saddened me and I won't be supporting them anymore.

    I was super pumped to give their jackets a go after hearing awesome stuff about them. The quality is top-notch, and I totally get why they've got such dedicated fans. But man, those shipping fees really bummed me out. Some American companies hook you up with free shipping on international orders over a certain amount, and that really helps when you factor in customs charges. It's a bummer because it basically doubles the original cost. Even though I dig the brand, those extra fees make me think twice about ordering from them again.
