I ordered this really cool hoodie and pants, but it hasn't come yet! They keep saying it's some IT issue, but I can't get in touch with the boss because they never answer calls or emails. It's been way too long and I still haven't received my order, it's really frustrating.

I recently bought some new clothes and the customer service was fantastic! There were some problems with shipping to Canada, but the team fixed everything super quickly, in just a few hours. I've always loved the quality and style of the clothes from this company. This was my first time reaching out for help, and let me tell you, the service was way better than I expected. The team was quick, polite, and really on top of things when it came to sorting out my order issue.

So, like, I pre-ordered Helldivers 2, right? And then, all of a sudden, there was this issue with my PSN account connection and I couldn't even play the game. I was super bummed out. But, I got in touch with customer service, explained everything, and asked for a refund. And get this – they gave me the refund in just 2 minutes! I was totally shocked. Their quick and efficient response totally showed me that they rock at customer service. Even though I ran into a problem, they made the whole resolution process super smooth and easy. I've never had any issues with their service in the past, and this whole situation just made me trust them even more.

I gotta say, I scored this totally amazing t-shirt and hat from here, and honestly, they are just so cool! The t-shirt fits like a dream, and the hat has serious swagger - I rock it everywhere. Even got some props from my pals when I rocked them at school. The quality is top-notch and the designs are seriously cool. I felt like a total fashion icon in these pieces.

So, I was ordering stickers with my debit card and out of nowhere there were all these weird charges on it from scams! I was so stressed out, so I sent an email to the sticker company to explain the situation. But, they didn't even bother getting back to me! How rude! I had to cancel my card and deal with all that hassle. And get this, the charge on my card said it was from California, but they claimed to be in Canada? Something doesn't add up, if you ask me.

Booking my flight was super quick and easy, eh! I liked how all the different flight choices showed up with layover times and total travel time. The prices were all right there, no hidden costs or surprises. It was just really user-friendly!

I ordered a gift set for Christmas, and when it arrived, there was this huge price sticker stuck right on the front of the box. I tried to remove it, but it was impossible without damaging the box. So I called customer service, hoping for some help or a solution, but their attitude was absolutely awful. They pretty much said tough luck and there was nothing they could do. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.
