My order messed up
I ordered something and it was supposed to come with a free gift, but it wasn't in the package. When I called customer service, they were so rude and unhelpful. They just said to get a refund and didn't even try to solve the issue. It was the worst customer service experience I've ever had, definitely not ordering from them again!
Online purchase of skincare products
The stuff they sell is ok, but their customer service is seriously lacking. I kind of feel like they don't really care about me as a customer. I ordered some stuff online and they said I'd get 3 free samples, but I only got 2, even though I spent a lot of money. It seems like they're just trying to trick people with that. And on top of that, I keep getting way too many emails even after I tried to unsubscribe more than once. I'm not gonna buy anything from them again.
My face cream
Eh, so I went ahead and ordered this face cream online, eh. I was all hyped up to give it a try, eh. But then I realized, hey, I didn't even really need it, so I tried to cancel my order the next day, eh. NOBODY even got back to me, and it ended up showing up at my door anyways. THEN when I reached out to customer service, they were all super rude and impatient, eh. Ugh, never gonna buy from them again, eh!
Expensive gift set and face mask
I really messed up buying from this place. I splurged on a gift set and face mask, but it was all for nothing. The customer service was awful, they didn't help me at all. And they don't even do refunds! How can a company not do refunds these days? It's so silly. They clearly don't care about solving problems. I won't be telling anyone to shop here, it's not worth the trouble.
Skincare products
The skincare products from this place are amazing, I totally love them. But man, the delivery service was a total mess. They use some third-party delivery company that is so unreliable and can never stick to the schedule. When my order disappeared, Origins didn't even own up to it and just said, "thanks for being patient", like that would solve anything. It's kind of a bummer that a company that prides itself on being top-notch doesn't bother to make sure their delivery game is on point for their customers.
Lovely products, speedy delivery, fantastic free gifts
I just got some stuff from Origins and I am super impressed with what I got. The things I got are really good quality and I can't wait to try them out. They arrived really quickly, which was a nice surprise. And on top of that, I got some awesome freebies with my order, which was a nice little bonus. All in all, I'm really happy with my shopping experience with this brand.
Gift set purchase
I recently ordered a gift set from this company and I gotta say, the whole thing has been a huge letdown. Waited 10 days and still no sign of the package, so I reached out to customer service for help. The first person I talked to said the package would show up, but I knew better – it had been sitting still for 9 days, pretty clear it was lost. When I got in touch with customer service again, this time they admitted it was lost and offered to send a replacement. But when I asked for express delivery to make up for the mess up, they backtracked and said it would still take 5 days – which is the regular delivery time! Felt like they didn't really care about fixing things or giving good customer service. And to top it off, got a condescending message telling me to have a great day, even though I was super frustrated. This whole thing has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I won't be shopping with these folks again. As a makeup artist who values honesty with my people, I'll definitely be letting them know about the lousy service I got.

I wouldn't even bother trying to order anything from this company, eh. Their website is a total nightmare to get around and most of the time it's not even working right. I thought I'd try using their live chat feature for help, but no one ever got back to me. And when I finally managed to place an order, it took an eternity to actually ship out. Their customer service is just plain terrible, eh. I'd suggest steering clear of buying straight from this company. The products are decent, but it's just too much of a pain dealing with Origins directly, eh.
Missing Free Gift
I bought something thinking I'd get a free gift, but once again, it wasn't in my order. The customer service person said it's only available while supplies last, but the website kept showing it as an option. It was annoying and upsetting due to the inconsistency. When I told the customer service rep how I felt, they just brushed it off and said "It is what it is." I'm not happy with how they handled it and it's made me feel pretty disappointed about their lack of accountability and care for loyal customers.
Brighten, firm and hydrate gift set
I recently bought the brighten, firm and hydrate gift set for my son as a Christmas gift. Despite some not so great reviews, I decided to take a chance and I'm so happy I did. The ordering process was easy and straightforward, and even though I chose regular delivery, the package arrived just in time for the holidays. The gift set itself came in a strong box, well wrapped and nicely presented with the four free gifts I picked out. I'm grateful that the package came in good shape, and the presentation was really nice. I'm excited for my son to try out the products and will definitely update my review after he does.
Online order and delivery experience
The website was super easy to use, I found exactly what I needed without any trouble. The products were top-notch and packed really well, so they got to me in pristine condition. The shipping and delivery were quick and smooth, my order arrived in just a few days. I had a fantastic experience ordering online from this company.
Christmas gift set purchase
I ordered a gift set for Christmas, and when it arrived, there was this huge price sticker stuck right on the front of the box. I tried to remove it, but it was impossible without damaging the box. So I called customer service, hoping for some help or a solution, but their attitude was absolutely awful. They pretty much said tough luck and there was nothing they could do. Needless to say, I won't be shopping with them again.
Perfume order
I ordered perfume ages ago and it STILL hasn't shown up. I emailed them to complain and ask for a refund, but all I got back was some lame generic email saying it might take up to 12 days to get my order. It's been well over a month now and I am so over waiting!
skincare stuff
Oh my goodness, I can't believe how terrible their customer service is!! Like, they don't even bother to respond to emails! I inquired about my order and received absolutely no response, not cool at all. And let's not even begin on their phony promotions, like, it's totally uncool to deceive people like that. I'm going to give them the lowest rating possible, they definitely earned it.
