    Eh bud, been a customer at this store for ages and gotta say, always been a fan of their skincare stuff and the good it's done for my skin. But holy, the amount of emails they're dropping in my inbox every day is just plain annoying. I get that it's good to keep in touch and all that, but flooding us with so many emails is just a bit much, you know? Feels like they're purposely trying to bug and bother us instead of actually keeping us in the loop. Even though their products are top-notch, this aggressive marketing tactic might end up pushing away loyal customers like me, eh.

    Body butters deal in November

    In November, I couldn't resist the amazing deal on body butters at this store. $15.00 for a 200 ml body butter was too good to pass up, so I ordered 8 of them. Unfortunately, I found out later that my order was cancelled by the store without informing me beforehand. As someone who shops here often, I was pretty frustrated and disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service, especially since some of the butters were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I really hope the store can work on improving their communication and fixing this issue for the future.

    I recently made an online purchase and unfortunately, the package was tampered with during delivery. I contacted customer service and got help from a person named Zeljko. They asked me to send photos of the damaged package, and in less than an hour, they solved my issue. I got a replacement item and I'm really happy with how it all turned out. I've been shopping with this company for a long time, and this was my first time dealing with their customer service team. The help I received was top-notch, and I'm very pleased with how my problem was resolved. I will definitely keep supporting this fantastic company.

    OMG, like, the Body Shop has a ton of stuff to choose from! They've got bath bombs, hair care goodies, and tons of makeup. And their customer service is amazing - always so helpful and make me feel confident shopping there. Seriously, every time I go in, I always end up leaving with a bag full of goodies.

    I totally love this store, eh! Their eco-friendly packaging is so cool, and it just makes me feel great about shopping here, you know? I appreciate that they're all about the environment and run things ethically as a brand. And their products are just awesome and actually work really well.     I recently made a purchase and I was really looking forward to getting my order quickly. But when I got the package, I ran into some problems. The money was taken from my account, but the confirmation email didn't have the order number. And when I opened the package, the actual order wasn't in there. I sent an email to customer service and they said they would look into it and get back to me. But unfortunately, no one got in touch with me to fix the situation.

    So, you know, I ordered something online, eh? And guess what - they took my money right away, and then later on, they said they didn't have that item in stock so they wouldn't send it to me! Like, what's that all about, eh? I had to actually give them a call to get my money back, they didn't even bother letting me know. Ugh, what a pain, eh? Next time, I'll just head to the real store to make sure I actually get what I want 🙄

    Brow and liner powder

    It's really a bummer to see another brand doing the whole shrink-the-product, raise-the-price move. Before, the brow and liner powder used to come with a brush, but now it's half the size and costs double. It's sad to see a brand that used to be all about natural and ethical products going this route. I just can't bring myself to shell out the extra cash for a product that's been downsized and lost its quality. There are tons of other options out there that can give you the same results for way less moolah.

    I recently bought some hair care products online and man, what a disaster! The website showed the wrong item, so I hit up customer service to fix it. But get this, even though it was totally their error, they wouldn't help me out. Then, after waiting forever for my order to ship, I found out there's big delays at the warehouse. I was supposed to get my delivery in five days, but now who knows when it'll come. They wouldn't even let me cancel my order, so now I'm stuck feeling super frustrated and powerless. How they treat their customers is just ridiculous, and I am so not happy with the way they've handled things.

    I ordered $75 worth of stuff online and waited for a whole week for some news about my order. The website said it should take 3-5 days for delivery, but after 7 days, my order was still being processed. When I reached out to customer service through live chat, they said they couldn't give me a specific time because they were swamped, which I found pretty irritating. I ended up asking for a refund because it was just a big waste of my time.

    Advent Calendar purchase for wife

    So, I bought my wife an Advent Calendar as a Christmas present. But here's the thing - it didn't arrive in time even though it was sent out right away. When I got in touch with customer service, they told me the order was lost, but couldn't really explain why. They did offer a refund, which I was grateful for, but the whole situation left my wife feeling let down and not very happy.

    I can't believe the nerve of this place, eh. I just bought a skin cream and it arrived in the worst condition ever. The package was as thin as aluminum foil, all torn and leaking everywhere. It wrecked my bag and ruined my stuff inside. They did give me some compensation for some things, but now they won't own up to the damage done to my watch, eh. This is just so ridiculous, I tell ya!
