I totally adore the boho tassel jacket I got from this company! It fits amazingly and the style is just perfect. Plus, the price is so worth it for what you get. I was really impressed with how fast they sent and tracked my package, it made ordering super easy. I found this company on a TikTok shop and I'm definitely gonna be coming back for more.

Subscription purchase
I signed up for a subscription and got hit with a 4013 error. I figured out the problem was with my hardware, looks like the booting IC got messed up because of some corruption in the notch panel with the face ID sensors. Even though their refund policy doesn't usually cover hardware problems, I was happy to get my money back in the end. Candy, the customer service rep, was super nice and helpful the whole time.

Online order issues
So, you know, I ordered something online, eh? And guess what - they took my money right away, and then later on, they said they didn't have that item in stock so they wouldn't send it to me! Like, what's that all about, eh? I had to actually give them a call to get my money back, they didn't even bother letting me know. Ugh, what a pain, eh? Next time, I'll just head to the real store to make sure I actually get what I want 🙄
