I had to contact customer service because the data recovery product I bought couldn't get back the info from my Notes on my iPhone. It was super frustrating and I was feeling stressed out, but I got in touch with a Tech Support Specialist named Sherry for some help. Even though I didn't know much about the product and what it could do, Sherry was really patient and understanding the whole time we talked. She took the time to explain why the product might not have worked for my situation and answered all my questions with a lot of professionalism.
Lifetime plan purchase
I messed up when I put in the wrong email address while signing up for my lifetime plan. When I noticed my mistake, I contacted customer service for assistance. I just bought this Android data recovery program and let me tell you, it's the best one I've ever used. It was able to recover a ton of audio data, even though there were a few files it couldn't retrieve. I'm hoping that with future updates, this program will get even better and more efficient. Subscription purchase
I signed up for a subscription and got hit with a 4013 error. I figured out the problem was with my hardware, looks like the booting IC got messed up because of some corruption in the notch panel with the face ID sensors. Even though their refund policy doesn't usually cover hardware problems, I was happy to get my money back in the end. Candy, the customer service rep, was super nice and helpful the whole time.
