Watch set pick-up at store
I ordered a watch set online to pick up at a store, but when I went to get it, they had no idea about my order. They sent me to customer service, which was a real pain to deal with. Finally, I got through to someone, but they couldn't tell me where my watch was. They said if I didn't pick it up in 7 days, I'd get a refund. It's been almost a month now, and I still haven't received either the watch or the refund. This company's online shopping is a scam, and their customer service is just awful.

This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had, eh. The support team just kept transferring me around to different departments instead of actually fixing the problem, you know? It was so frustrating, and I felt like they were purposely trying to make me give up, eh. I've never been more annoyed by a company in my life, eh.

Amazing sales
I really love shopping at this store! They always have awesome sales and discount codes. Sometimes the stuff you get on sale can be a bit iffy, but the reviews are super helpful in figuring out what to get. I'm not a fan of having to pay for returns, but it's not too bad - only shelled out $6 for that. You also have the option to get store credit for a full refund. Oh, and their shipping is crazy fast! All in all, I'm a big fan and will keep coming back for sure.
