Leather bracelet purchase
I bought a leather bracelet on vacation not long ago, shelling out a good amount because I thought it was a quality piece. But, lo and behold, after just three weeks the leather snapped and left me super disappointed and ticked off. I contacted customer service for help, hoping they'd sort things out, but they told me I had to deal with the store directly for a replacement or refund. Despite the nice emails from customer service, their lack of action seriously let me down. It's crazy to think that a product like this would fall apart so fast, and now I'm questioning the brand's quality overall. They did offer me a discount on my next buy, but it doesn't make up for all the hassle and disappointment I've gone through.
My shiny new watch strap
So, I ordered this super cool watch strap as a gift for a special occasion, but man, it arrived way later than expected. They told me it would come in 4-6 business days, but it actually took a whole 8 days. On top of that, the tracking system was all messed up and claimed the package was delivered two months ago, way before I even bought it!
Unfulfilled Orders
My time with this company has been a complete letdown. I made two different orders, but haven't received either of them. The customer service folks were no help at all and gave me wrong info about sorting things out with the warehouse. It's so frustrating to deal with a company that can't get their act together. I'm really ticked off and won't be buying from them again.

I ordered a watch from the website, and oh boy, it's been a real mess right from the beginning. I got an email saying my order was on its way with a tracking number, but the thing never showed up. It's been more than two weeks now, and the tracking info still says Royal Mail hasn't even got it. Dealing with customer service has been a nightmare too, they just keep feeding me excuses, saying they'll check with the warehouse and give me updates that never actually happen. It's pretty disappointing to see a brand that used to be so reliable drop the ball this hard when it comes to taking care of their customers. You better believe I won't be buying from them again after this.
Recent watch purchase
My recent watch buy from this store hasn't been great at all. The watch I got started acting up right after I bought it, and even after switching out the battery, it's still not working right. I tried contacting them for help through their chat, but all I got was a robot that couldn't help me at all. So now I'm stuck with a broken watch and nobody to talk to about it.

Sorry, but I gotta say I had a pretty terrible time with my last order. It took more than two weeks for delivery, and even though I tried contacting customer service a bunch of times, I never got a straight answer about where my order was at. Every time they said they'd give me an update the next day, it never happened. It was so annoying and disappointing to deal with all the hidden info and slow service. I'd definitely recommend people stay away from buying from this company.
New handbag, faulty buckle
Just picked up a new handbag for my mom's birthday and the buckle was totally crooked. I returned it and they promised a refund in about two weeks, but it's been ages and still no sign of the money. To top it off, they're ignoring all my emails now! Not cool at all.

I ordered a watch set online to pick up at a store, but when I went to get it, they had no idea about my order. They sent me to customer service, which was a real pain to deal with. Eh, my experience with the customer service at this store was beyond amazing, I tell ya. Had a bit of trouble with a promo code that was really getting on my nerves, but the representative I spoke to, Nataly G, was so nice, empathetic, and sorted it out real quick. In less than 10 minutes, she had everything fixed up and I left the store feeling all kinds of good. Nataly G really went the extra mile to give top-notch service, and I really appreciate her help, eh.
Delayed watch order
I ordered a watch just before Christmas, eh, and it took well over a month to finally arrive! Now I'm having a hard time trying to get a refund. This company, they don't update their stock levels, eh, and keep taking online orders without keeping track of what they actually have in stock. The tracking and logistics are all over the place, leaving us customers feeling lost and confused about our orders, eh. Overall, it's a real shame - this company needs to seriously up their game, for sure.

This kind of disorganization and lack of communication is not acceptable from a company like this, eh. Plus, the quality of the products I got didn't match the price I paid, which left me feeling disappointed and frustrated with the whole experience, ya know.

I recently bought a couple things from this company, but I had to return them both. The return process didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. I couldn't return the items at the store, so I had to go through the hassle of shipping them back. They did confirm that they got the returns, but it's been more than a month and I still haven't been refunded. Every time I reach out to customer service, they just tell me to wait a bit longer for it to get sorted out, but nothing's changed. It's been really frustrating to deal with, having to keep on top of both the company and my bank.
Fossil Smartwatch
Man, I put in so much effort trying to get my Fossil smartwatch to work with my iPhone, but it was such a pain! I had to keep restarting and reconnecting it with the app. What a waste of time! Eventually, I just used it to check the time, but even that was iffy. I've tried different Fossil smartwatches, but I'm done. I'm making the switch to an Apple Watch, even if it doesn't have the classic watch look.

I just bought a real leather wallet from this store and honestly, I'm really impressed. The material is amazing quality and the craftsmanship is top-notch. This wallet is both stylish and practical, with plenty of room for all my cards and cash. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a durable and fashionable wallet.

I had to send my watch in for repair because it was still under warranty and meant a lot to me. The whole process went really well, the watch was fixed and sent back to me safely pretty quickly. I wish I had checked the reviews before buying. It was really bad. The watch arrived today, making noise in a box way too big, with scratches all over. Clearly, it was a used display model. The protective cover on the watch had marks and I didn't even want to see what was underneath. I expected better. I won't be purchasing from them again.
Returned item refund delay
I'm having some trouble getting my money back for something I brought back to the store. I called customer service a couple of times and they said they'd deal with it quickly, but it's been more than a month now and I still haven't got it. I was hoping this would be sorted out faster. Also, they say there's a chat service going on 24/7, but turns out it's only there until 5pm on weekdays, which is not cool. I really hope they fix this soon.
Men's leather bracelet
So I got this bracelet that looked really neat, ya know? But then, like, after only wearing it a couple times, the clasp just popped open and off it went! I checked the reviews and tons of people had the same issue, and Fossil keeps promising to let their design team know but they're still selling it! They offered me a discount, but seriously, I could get that as a new customer anyway. And then they were like "find it and prove it's broken" but, come on, if I could find it I wouldn't have lost it in the first place, obviously!

I just bought some watches and accessories, and when I ordered them, I got a tracking number right away which was exciting. But then I found out that the stuff was coming from different places and being delivered by different delivery guys, which was a bummer. The first package showed up super quick in just over 2 days, which was awesome. But the second one took a whole week just to get to the delivery guy, and I still don't have it. They told me it should be here in 2 days, though. The whole thing is annoying - not knowing when my stuff will get here and having to deal with different delivery times from random couriers.
