    Home relocation service on a Friday

    I just used a home relocation service last Friday and I have to say, I was super impressed with how professional and efficient the team was. They handled the move of my 3-bedroom house with ease and also managed to transport all the stuff from my daughter's 1-bedroom flat without any problems. The team was fast, efficient, friendly, and really helpful the whole time. They showed up on time and had everything packed up by lunchtime, which was amazing.     AirVape Royal Edition purchase

    I got myself the AirVape Royal Edition not too long ago and let me tell you, it's been a real disappointment. When I got the package, no instructions were there, and the QR code was useless. I contacted customer service and finally got a link to the user manual, but it was really hard to find on their website. Even after reading the manual, I still didn't understand a lot of things about how to use it properly. On top of that, there were some extra pieces in the box that I have no clue about. Overall, dealing with this product has been super frustrating and confusing.

    Efficient and user-friendly storage experience

    The storage service was really great! The staff were so helpful and friendly, which made everything super easy and stress-free. The only bit that was kind of tough was finding the storage place, especially if you don't know the area well. But once you're there, checking in and out is a breeze.

    I've been a loyal customer for so many years, but lately I've noticed a drop in the quality of the products at the store. It feels like everything is just a tad better than what you'd find at a thrift store, and the sizes are all over the place. There's an overwhelming amount of plaid in their product lines, and don't even get me started on the sizing for men's tops - some of them are as huge as a tent and practically reach your ankles. I used to shop at Marks all the time, but now I've cut back by a whopping 75%. I really believe that the store can do better, and the buyers need to step up their game.

    Overpriced tickets

    I wish I had checked out the reviews before buying my tickets from this company. I got what I thought was a sweet deal on 4 adult tickets to a super popular theme park, only to realize later on that I overpaid big time. The theme park's own website had the exact same tickets for way cheaper, which made me feel like I got ripped off by this company. When I contacted Undercover Tourist about the price difference, they didn't seem to care at all and flat out refused to give me a refund. I definitely won't be making that same mistake again, and I can't honestly recommend this company to anyone.

    The sales guy said it was a one-price deal and we looked at my website together. He gave me a quote, but when I went to get things set up, turns out I needed to pay extra for everything I needed. Honestly, wasn't too happy about it. You should give me a refund for the setup payment I made, to be fair.

    I recently had a frustrating experience with customer service while trying to order beauty products. Their website said free shipping for orders over $50, but they charged me for extra items to reach that amount. When I reached out for help, the customer service was unhelpful, rude, and dismissive. It was really disappointing how unprofessional they were and they didn't seem to care about making customers happy. I like their products, but the bad service is a deal breaker for me. Hopefully, they do better in the future.

    I just bought a watch from this store and man, I gotta say, I was really let down. The thing was basically worthless and the quality was way worse than what they used to have back in the day. And don't even get me started on their customer service - they were nice until they messed up, and then they just disappeared on me. It's sad to see a company that used to be so good now failing in every way.
