I just rented a car from this company and I was really happy with how everything went. It was easy and there were no problems when I picked up and returned the car. But I think they should have more baby seats available for customers to use.

I had the most absurd experience at that place. When I went to pick up my car, they asked for all this unnecessary 'Security Information', like info about where I work. And get this, the manager actually called me a few days later to bug me about why I didn't want to give them that info. They said it was important because of the fancy car that costs £40,000. Like, seriously? Give me a break.

I had a really frustrating time at this car rental place the other day. I had reserved a car in advance, but when I got there, they didn't have any available. The workers blamed it on a busy week, but I thought it was unprofessional and a hassle. I had to ask for a refund, and luckily my bank helped me out right away. The license plate on our rental car fell off while we were driving, and now they want to charge us an outrageous $600 for it. They said it's $100 for a new plate and another $500 because they say the car couldn't be used for a whole week. But I heard it only takes 2 days to get a new plate according to the police.
