I rented a car online and was excited for a stress-free time. But, when I got to the airport to grab the car, I found out there was a problem with it and I couldn't take it out. On top of that, $400 was taken from my card as a security deposit. I've been trying to get it back for almost 4 months now, but no luck yet.
