Oh man, let me tell you about our Outdoorsy experience - it was a total nightmare. We thought we were getting the perfect RV for a dream vacation, but it was a disaster from the get-go. The RV was so dirty, the hot water didn't work, and there was no AC in sight to beat the summer heat. We tried talking to the owner about it, but they refused to fix anything. Outdoorsy didn't help us either, so we were stuck with a terrible rental and no way to get our money back. If you're thinking about using Outdoorsy, be prepared for it to be a gamble. Personally, I think it's too risky. You might want to check out RVshare instead, where owners are accountable for their vehicles' condition. Trust me, it's a safer choice.

We had a few hiccups when setting up our hosting account at first, like taking a bit longer to fix things and needing to check in often to push things along. But, all in all, the page is doing what it should. The people we've rented to through the site have been great renters, which has made it a good experience for us.

Even though the owner admitted to the problem in a text, it never got fixed during our whole trip. Communication with the owner was lacking, with only short and sporadic replies. When we returned the RV without any damages, we were surprised to find out that our damage deposit was being kept because of supposed damages to the panel and screen. We showed proof of the owner admitting to the panel problem, but Outdoorsy didn't address our concerns quickly. The lack of a solution within a reasonable time made us frustrated and unsatisfied with the whole experience. I really recommend being careful when using Outdoorsy, based on our bad experience with them.

The folks who rented from us were really great, they took such good care of our rig. They were super detail-oriented, from filling out all the paperwork to keeping us in the loop the whole time. The folks at the place where we book outdoor activities are always there to help us out. They're all fancy and whatnot. We enjoy using their spot to find fun outdoor things to do. Sometimes the tech stuff doesn't work properly, but they fix it fast. We're pleased with how they treat us.

Sometimes the website takes so long to load and the RV rental status is always incorrect. It feels like they never bother to update it! It's just so frustrating!

I found the process for signing the rental agreement a bit of a hassle because I had to make sure the renter signed before they picked up the rig. A few reps didn't seem to know much about Canadian insurance policies and kinda struggled with handling Canadian claims quickly, which ended up dragging things out.
