Quick airport pick-up, new car, kind employees
I gotta say, my experience with this car rental company was actually really good. When we got to the airport, they picked us up real quick, no waiting around. The car they gave us was in awesome shape, pretty much like it was brand new. And the people we dealt with were super nice and helpful the whole time.
Great price, free upgrade, excellent service
I rented a car from this company not too long ago and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience overall. The price was right and they even hooked me up with a free upgrade, which was a nice bonus. The staff were really friendly and gave great service. The only hiccup was trying to find the desk at the airport, but besides that, everything went off without a hitch.
Efficient car rental
The car rental service from Holiday Autos was really good. The car was clean, almost new, and in pretty good shape, except for a broken electric mirror switch that I noticed when I picked it up. It was a bit of a hassle and could be dangerous for drivers who are different heights since they couldn't adjust the side mirrors easily. But overall, the car worked well and met my needs for the time I had it.
Recent car rental experience
The car seat for the kid could have been a bit better, but it wasn't a big deal for me. Everything else was great - no waiting, easy to locate. The car was almost new (less than 8000 km) and really clean. I'll definitely rent again if I come back to that area.
Quick booking process, inconvenient pick up location
The booking process was fast and simple, but the pickup location at Faro airport was way too far from the departure area. When I got back home, I couldn't believe they charged me 21.77 euros for an "E-Toll" service that I never even knew about or used.

Renting a car at Europcar was so easy and convenient. They have their own spot at the airport, so you have lots of choices if you don't like the first car they give you. You don't feel pushed to get a fancier car, and the staff are really quick and helpful.
Small car for the weekend
I had to rent a small car for the weekend and man, there were so many options at really good prices. I decided to go with a rental spot off-site from the Manchester airport. They had a shuttle bus that came by every 20 minutes, which made it super easy to get to and from the rental spot. When I got there, this guy named Asif helped me out with the check-in process real quick since I had already filled out most of the paperwork online. It only took a few minutes before I was ready to take off with the car. The car was in great shape and well taken care of. Returning the car was just as easy, with Asif making it all smooth sailing. All the necessary paperwork, like contracts and damage reports, were emailed to me right after I returned the car. All in all, I had a great experience with really friendly and helpful staff.

The person working at the car rental place was super helpful and made sure to go over all the rules and stuff for renting the car. They also helped us out when we wanted to add another driver to the reservation. We got a list of all the documents we needed for our trip beforehand, which was really handy. It was also easy to get car insurance while booking, which made everything go smoothly and quickly.
Rental car experience
My interaction with the guy at the counter was pretty disappointing. He seemed more into talking with his buddies than helping me with my rental. And to top it off, the car they gave me had a bunch of scratches and had trouble going up even a little hill. The brakes weren't very good either, and at one point the car even started sliding backwards off the road while I had the handbrake on. All in all, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

Scored a sweet deal on a rental last minute over spring break. Decided to go for a bigger car for more comfort. Had a seamless and speedy service at the airport counter. Ended up with a fancy 2022 model with all the extras - heated seats and a 230V power outlet! Drove around 100 miles and the fuel was surprisingly cheap at €0.14 per mile. Was a bit taken aback by the diesel manual transmission, but no problem!

I rented a car from this company for a trip, and I chose to pick it up at an offsite depot. Everything went really smoothly and quickly, especially when they picked me up from the airport after I called them. When I got to the depot, I only had to wait a little bit at the check-in counter before I got the keys to the car. The car was in great shape and it worked well the whole trip. The staff were all really nice and helpful, which made the whole experience really positive.

I am so frustrated. I booked a car rental for our family vacation, and we were supposed to pick it up at 11 pm. But when we got there, the rental office was closed! I totally agree with the other one-star reviews here. This whole experience felt like a total scam from beginning to end. The prices were misleading, and the extra fees we had to pay when picking up the rental were way too high. It was obvious that the providers Holiday Autos works with are shady and deceptive. I should have listened to the warnings and not used this company at all. Stick with trustworthy companies like Hertz for a hassle-free rental experience.
Smooth pick up/drop off
The pick-up and drop-off went really well, didn't have any problems with that at all. Customer service was top-notch, but I was a little caught off guard when they asked me to pay for gas upfront. But you know what? I got my money back two days after bringing back the car because I made sure it had a full tank.
