Music purchase
I recently bought some music on this site and ran into some problems. The music selection is great, but logging in was a pain because I had to do a bunch of captcha puzzles. Then, when I bought an album, I couldn't find a way to download the whole thing - I had to do each track one by one. It was a hassle and took a lot of time. On top of that, when I tried to find some help, I couldn't see any contact form or way to get assistance. They mentioned a help chat, but I couldn't find it, at least not on Safari/Mac. These issues didn't happen last time I used the site, so I was even more disappointed.<br><br>It took a week, but finally I got a response from customer service. They were helpful, but I think having a link to download the whole album would solve these problems for others in the future.

Comfortable and attractive lenses
The lenses came quickly and they are so comfy to wear. I love how they make me look too, like a whole new me! I'm really happy with my buy and definitely gonna get more down the road.

Gifted subscription
A few years back, my partner and I got given a subscription to this online platform as a gift. We weren't really into the courses they had, so we signed up but never actually checked any of them out. Turns out, they were taking out $180 a year from us for three years without us even knowing. The charges always happened around the holidays, so we never noticed them on our credit card statements. This year, we finally caught on and called customer service. They refunded us for this year and cancelled the auto renewal, but they wouldn't budge on the charges from the past years. It was super frustrating and a costly mistake on our end.

Car rental booking
I am so frustrated. I booked a car rental for our family vacation, and we were supposed to pick it up at 11 pm. But when we got there, the rental office was closed! We were left stranded with a little kid, so we had to pay a ton for a taxi to get to our hotel. The worst part is the company won't give us a refund. It's just not fair.

Coding learning subscription
I was pretty let down by the coding learning subscription box I got. The projects just weren't as interesting or educational as I thought they'd be. Sometimes the instructions were hard to understand, which made it annoying for both me and my kid to do them. Plus, the stuff in the box didn't seem very good quality - some things felt flimsy and like they could break easily. All in all, I was hoping for better from this subscription service.

Puppy subscription box
As a new puppy owner, I was feeling a bit lost with all the stuff out there for my little buddy. PupBox came to the rescue by putting together a box of goodies just right for my pup's age and size. The toys kept my furball entertained, the treats were top-notch, and the training tips were super handy. It gave me peace of mind knowing I was giving my four-legged pal the best.

Efficient and smooth car rental process at airport
My time with the car rental service at the airport was great. Everything went really smoothly, from when I first went up to the counter to when I drove off in the shiny new car they gave me. The staff knew their stuff and were super quick, making the check-out process a breeze. Compared to other car rental places, the Thrifty at the airport didn't make me wait around forever, which was a nice change. The cars they had were top-notch, especially the new one I got with only 10 miles on it. When I returned the car, it was just as easy, with the team getting me sorted in minutes and giving me clear directions on how to catch the shuttle back. All in all, I was really impressed with how smooth and efficient the whole thing was.

Grill purchase
I bought a grill at this place not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with how it turned out. The darn thing started acting up real quick - the drive screw got all stuck and jammed, making it real tricky to fix. When I called the store for help, they just told me to call some 1-800 number, which ended up telling me to buy a whole new model. That really got me down considering the old one only lasted a couple months. It felt like they were just trying to get me to spend more cash on what seemed like a lousy product. This whole thing has really left me with a bad taste in my mouth about the company, and I'm not too keen on doing business with them again. Having to resort to sorting it out online because their customer service was lacking was a real hassle. It's not a good sign when a company cares more about making money than keeping their customers happy. I can only imagine how they treat their employees if this is how they treat their customers.
