Online learning courses
This website totally changed the game for online learning. I've totally switched to using it over other free platforms for my learning. There are so many classes to choose from, it's pretty impressive. They cover almost every subject you could think of. The quality overall is good, but there are a few classes that don't seem to fit right. Though, that might just be personal preference - what one person thinks is useless, another might find super helpful. The main downside for me is how much the courses cost. It can really turn some people off from using it.
Charged incorrectly, excellent customer service
I had a little problem when I was charged the wrong amount for something I bought. So, I got in touch with Customer Service for some help, and I was pretty happy with how fast and efficient they were in fixing things. The person I talked to was really nice and they said they'd get me a refund right away. And you know what? They did! The money was back in my bank account on the same day. I was so relieved and thankful for how smoothly everything got sorted out.
Few great classes, "woke" overload
I totally dig a few classes on MasterClass with super talented instructors. But man, gotta say, it feels like they really push this "woke" vibe pretty hard, which can be a bit much. I'm not really into politics and stuff, so it kind of sucked to see that most of the thought leaders on there had similar views. Still, I found the classes that just focused on the subject itself pretty valuable.

I just bought this online learning platform that has all kinds of courses by experts in different fields. Sadly, I wasn't too impressed with the content - it just didn't excite me or go deep enough. Watch out, once you're hooked, they won't let you leave. Cancelling your subscription isn't simple at all, it's like they do it on purpose to keep you hooked. It's obvious this company is full of crooks who don't mind snatching your cash.
