The shipping charge starting off at a premium rate and only offering free shipping as an option was not the best way to begin my shopping experience. It felt a bit deceptive and left me feeling dissatisfied. Also, I managed to remove 2 links from my watch quite easily, even though the instructions suggested taking it to a professional. It would have been better to have more clear instructions and a reminder about the risks of attempting it yourself. Despite these setbacks, I have to say that the watch itself is really cool.

I had some trouble logging into my account the other day and it was really frustrating. But, the customer service team was so great at helping me out and they didn't give up until we figured it out. I really appreciated their help, especially since dealing with tech issues can be so overwhelming. Hotel stay
My stay at the hotel was kind of disappointing. The room was big and clean, but it didn't have that fancy feel and little touches I was hoping for at a fancy hotel. The service was just okay, with the staff seeming like they had other things on their mind and not really caring about giving a special experience. Plus, the prices for things like food and activities were way too high, which made it hard to see the value in an average stay. Even though the location was handy and the views from the Sky Bar were nice, overall, I wasn't too happy with my time at the hotel.
