Small watches and lack of customer service
The watches they sell at this store are nice, but I find they tend to be on the smaller side, eh? This can be quite frustrating, especially for guys who are looking for a regular-sized watch. I was disappointed to see that they only come with two links, which often isn't enough to get a proper fit. And to top it off, the lack of customer service makes it even harder to get extra links when you need them. It shouldn't be so hard for us to get the right size watch, ya know? I do really like the watch itself, but dealing with these issues kind of ruins the whole experience for me, eh.
My watch fits small, had trouble getting more links
Oh my gosh, this is my second watch from here, and I always get compliments on it! It's really cool because I love bourbon, and these watches have wood from bourbon barrels or something in them. But seriously, why do they have to make the watches so small? It's a pain to try and get more links for them, and then you have to wait forever for customer service to even get back to you about it. But other than that, I really love the watch and would recommend it to all my friends!
Unique and stylish wooden watches
I just bought a cool wooden watch from this store and I gotta say, it's really top-notch in terms of quality and design. They mixed wood, bone, and metal in a way that's super cool and catches everyone's eye. Plus, the fact that they're eco-friendly is a big win in my books. I keep getting tons of compliments on my watch and it's a great conversation starter wherever I go.

The shipping charge starting off at a premium rate and only offering free shipping as an option was not the best way to begin my shopping experience. It felt a bit deceptive and left me feeling dissatisfied. Also, I managed to remove 2 links from my watch quite easily, even though the instructions suggested taking it to a professional. It would have been better to have more clear instructions and a reminder about the risks of attempting it yourself. Despite these setbacks, I have to say that the watch itself is really cool.
Limited Edition Watch, Watch Repair
I bought a Limited Edition watch from this company back in late 2017. At first, I was really into the cool design and great craftsmanship, but now I've been having some issues with how it works. The day of the week display is stuck and won't move forward, and sometimes the date function gets all wonky too. On top of that, I need a new watchband that matches the original one. I tried going to a good jeweler for help, but they said I'd have to get the parts from the company that made the watch. I got in touch with them, but they told me they don't have the parts anymore. It's really frustrating and disappointing, especially since I spent a lot on this watch. I don't get why a company wouldn't have options for fixing their fancy products, and I'm wondering if there are any other ways to make things right.
Recent watch purchase
So, I recently bought a watch from this company and let me tell you, it was quite the experience. The watch is gorgeous, no complaints there, but man, the shipping was a mess. Even though I got an email saying my order was delivered a week ago, the watch only showed up today. I even checked my mailbox earlier today, but no luck. It looks like there was some confusion with USPS, the courier they used, which is not cool at all.

So, I bought a watch and had a little trouble with it at first. But when I talked to someone about it, they didn't really help me much. I was pretty upset at first, but then the boss stepped in and took care of everything! Now I'm really happy and looking forward to buying more watches from them!

Metal watch falling apart
I bought a metal watch not too long ago, but it fell apart after only a few months of wearing it. The metal logo inside the watch came off and got stuck in the movement, so I couldn't even use the watch. When I contacted customer service to get it fixed, they wouldn't help me out. They basically told me I had to buy a whole new watch for $120, instead of just repairing the one I had. This whole situation left me feeling frustrated and let down by the product quality and the lack of help from customer service. I'll definitely think twice before buying from them again in the future.
Overpriced, low-quality watches
These watches, eh, they're not really worth the steep price, eh? The workmanship ain't great and the way they treat customers is just terrible, eh. I contacted them about a problem with the watch I got and all they said was to buy another one at a discount. Like, seriously? That's not a fix! The lack of responsibility from this company is just unbelievable. I'd suggest checking out other places for a watch that's actually worth your money, eh.

Uh, I just wanted to buy a watch but they made it really difficult and didn't mention that it would take so long. And then they went and cancelled my order after I waited forever for it. So, you know, not cool at all.
Guitar player gift
OMG! I found the best gift ever for my crush who loves playing guitar. It's amazing and so beautiful, like I can't even explain. I had to choose between a bunch of cool items but decided on the one made of koa wood because it makes me think of Hawaii and that's his favourite. He's gonna be so surprised when I give it to him on his birthday. I want to order more things because this place is really good. Seriously, I need to get something for myself as well!
OG watch gift
I picked up this sick watch from my grandpa and it's the best. He got tons of compliments when he wore it. My mom got one too because she wanted to match me and grandpa. The prices are a bit high though, can't always afford it with my allowance. But when there's a sale, we're on it right away. They have really cool watches made with different woods and metals that make them stand out.
Watches, iwatch band, ring
Original Grain really knows how to create beautiful and unique pieces. My husband and I love their products so much - he has a few watches, an iwatch band, and a ring, while I have one watch. We even gave watches to our sons, and they adore them too. The designs are just amazing, and we always get compliments on how detailed and special they are.
Even though we had a problem with one of the watches not being waterproof like it was supposed to be, the customer service from Original Grain was top-notch. We contacted them, sent some pictures of the issue, and they quickly offered us a refund or a new watch. They didn't have the exact same color available, but we found a replacement that my husband was really happy with.
In the end, we are super satisfied with Original Grain and will definitely keep coming back for more because of their fantastic craftsmanship and great customer service.Watch
I'm really disappointed with the customer service here. I bought a watch and had some questions, but there's no phone number to call and nobody replied to my emails. It's frustrating not being able to reach someone when you have a problem with your purchase.

I needed 2 more links for my watch, so I emailed customer service. I was happy that they replied quickly, within a few hours. They sent me an invoice for the links, and I paid online right away. The links arrived in a few days. I was impressed by how efficient and professional the customer service team was. Their watches are also unique and deserve appreciation.
Super excited but still waiting
I was so excited to finally snag a watch from this place after eyeing it for so long! But geez, it's been forever and still no sign of my watch. Customer service keeps saying it's at the warehouse but they haven't sent it out yet. Can I just get my wrist bling already? I might just ask for a refund and spend the money on stickers for my notebook instead. Come on, guys! Get it together!
Multiple watches
I've bought a bunch of watches from this company, and they're all really stylish and good quality. Compared to other brands I've tried, these ones really shine and have proven to be dependable timepieces that hold up well. The first watch I got from them years ago is still my favorite and it's still ticking perfectly.

Even though my family isn't really into collecting stuff, we've somehow ended up with a bunch of your watches that we really cherish. We've also given some as gifts, and they've always been a hit.
