JOMASHOP - Reviews and experiences

I was doubtful at first, but the watch feels solid and the price was actually fair.

Started using Jomashop recently, and the smooth support honestly surprised me. Prices were solid too, but service made me feel good about ordering again.

I hesitated after worrying about support, but my everyday watch arrived fine. The wait was still a bit much, though I’m happy it worked out.

Halfway through checkout, I almost bailed because I’ve had perfume orders go sideways with other online shops before—late tracking, dented boxes, even a bottle that made me wonder if it was legit. With Jomashop, I paid closer attention to the item notes and shipping timelines, which helped a lot. If it says it’ll take a few extra days, at least you know going in. Everything I’ve received so far has been authentic, packed properly, and showed up when expected. I’ve got two more scents on the way now, so clearly my doubts didn’t last long. The surprise was finding Stronger With You Sandalwood when it was hard to track down elsewhere. I grabbed it, and now it’s out of stock, so I’m pretty happy I didn’t overthink it. Prices are usually solid too. I’ll likely keep ordering here, especially for fragrances that are harder to find.

I just bought a watch from Jomashop and I gotta say, I'm really impressed with how nice it is. It showed up right on time and looked exactly like it did on the website. The customer service folks were super helpful too, answering all my questions about my order. All in all, I'm happy with how everything went down at Jomashop.

I ordered an anniversary gift from this website and when it arrived, it was way too small. I tried to send it back, but they said it was too late since it had been over 30 days. The customer service was awful so I definitely won't be shopping here again. I was actually thinking of getting something pricier from them, but after all this, I'll look for somewhere else to spend my money.

I wasn't sure at first, but my package came in great shape. It was brand new with tags and in the original packaging, just like I was hoping for. The shipping was really quick, and I'm really happy with what I bought. I'll for sure order from here again.

I've had some issues with Jomashop before, but I have to admit, their customer service really impressed me. They were quick to resolve my problems. I'll definitely be telling my friends about this site. They're top-notch when it comes to discount retailers.

My shopping experience at JOMASHOP was amazing, eh. The prices were really good and I even got to use a $10 off coupon which made it an even better deal. The item, a chronometer, arrived quickly and in perfect shape, with all the paperwork I needed. I've bought a watch from JOMASHOP before and I'm happy once again with the quality and service. Can't wait to shop with them again in the future, eh.

I just bought a watch from this store and it was a great experience. Even though it was a long weekend, the shipping was quick and smooth. Annela helped me out the whole way through and she was really nice to deal with. It's been 15 years since I last shopped here and I'm happy to say that it was just as good as before. The watch is really good quality and I'm happy with my purchase.

I had to cancel my order from JOMASHOP because I realized it wouldn't arrive on time. I reached out to their customer service team, and they were so helpful! Within 12 hours of me sending the email, my order was cancelled, and I got my refund right away. I was really impressed by how quickly they handled everything. Plus, the prices at JOMASHOP are amazing. I won't buy fragrances anywhere else now.

I wasn't sure at first, but after buying from here a few times, I have to say I'm really happy with my experience at JOMASHOP. The products are great quality and the customer service is really friendly. I'll definitely be coming back for more, thanks a lot!

My experience shopping at Jomashop was great. The website was easy to use, so I found the watch I wanted quickly. Checking out was smooth, and I liked being able to track my order. The only downside was the shipping time, it took longer than I thought, exactly 10 days, which was a bit too much. They should have used a faster delivery service. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and would shop at Jomashop again.

I was looking to get a watch, so I decided to order one from Jomashop. I ended up messing up my order, but their customer service was amazing and they sorted it out quickly. It'll be a bit before I get my watch, but I'm pleased with the service I've received!

The customer service from Annela was amazing, eh? She totally helped me out with the whole buying thing, from start to finish. I had a little hiccup along the way, but she dealt with it like a pro. It was nice to get help from someone who was patient and took the time to assist those who aren't tech-savvy. Annela really made my purchase a great experience, for sure.

Eh, the watch I got was really cool, ya know! It looked even better in person. I was so stoked when it showed up in the mail. Made a goof with my address, but the customer service folks were super helpful and fixed 'er up in no time. They even gave me the same sale price, can ya believe it? So pleased with my buy, eh.

I really love JOMASHOP because they have such a great selection of fragrances to choose from! My orders always come really quickly, and they're always packaged so nicely, like a present! They really do an amazing job! Thanks so much JOMASHOP!

My experience with JOMASHOP was amazing. Buying my quartz watch was so easy and smooth. They had the exact watch I wanted and the price was unbeatable. The watch arrived quickly and in perfect condition, even better than I expected. The whole process, from looking at the watches to getting mine, was simple and stress-free. I'm really happy with everything and I'll definitely be shopping with them again.

Great service, eh! The folks at customer service were really helpful sorting out a little mix-up with my order. The watch came in perfect shape and it even got here quicker than I thought with 2nd-day air shipping at no extra charge. Definitely suggest giving this company a try for their top-notch service and quality stuff. Cheers!

Jomashop always comes through with the best summer shirts. I just got one from them and I'm obsessed! The quality is amazing and the design is so cool, I don't think I'll ever bump into someone with the same shirt. It's like a guaranteed ice-breaker at any get-together. Big shoutout to Jomashop for making me the ultimate party person!
