As a customer at Saks Fifth Avenue, I have to say that the ordering process was really smooth. I got my package pretty quickly and the items were just like they were described on the website. The clothes I bought were really good quality and I was impressed with all the options they had. The staff at the store were super helpful and knew their stuff, they answered all my questions and made sure everything was okay for me. The prices were a bit high, but I thought it was worth it for the quality. My package arrived right on time and in perfect shape. Overall, I had a really good shopping experience at Saks Fifth Avenue.
Clothing and accessories purchase
Oh, Saks Fifth Avenue is really one of my favorite places to shop. When I ordered from them, it was so easy-peasy. Their website is super user-friendly, making it a piece of cake to find the perfect clothes and accessories. And returning stuff? No problem at all, no sneaky charges or fees. The customer service team was top-notch too, always quick to help whether I called or emailed them. I felt reassured knowing that Saks would cover any return shipping costs.
Sweater purchase
I purchased a sweater at Saks Fifth Avenue but it didn't fit me, so I returned it and got a confirmation email on February 9th. The email said I'd get my refund in "up to 7 business days," but when I checked on February 26th, they said I had to wait until March 1st. The customer service rep (Carlos) was not helpful and said I had to wait 14 days, even though the email clearly said 7 days. This mishandling of the situation by the customer service team is not okay and has left me frustrated with Saks Fifth Avenue. It's disappointing to see this disregard for customer concerns and dissatisfaction with their policies. I won't shop there again and I'd warn others about their customer service practices.
Returned shoes not refunded
I brought back these shoes more than three months ago and still haven't got my refund! I tried reaching out to PayPal and the company, but no dice. I'm broke and barefoot!
Refund issue
I was pretty disappointed with the customer service at this store. The people I talked to just didn't seem to get what the issue was with my refund, so it's still not sorted out. I recently bought some clothes from Saks Fifth Avenue and the whole experience with delivery and customer service was really bad. They used a third-party delivery service for Canadian orders, and it took forever for my stuff to arrive. And when I tried to return something, it was a huge hassle. The customer service people were not helpful at all and were actually pretty rude. They wouldn't take my return, and on top of that, they still haven't given me a refund for an item they got back over a month ago. Plus, the packages were all beat up when they arrived, no proper packaging at all. So disappointing.
Coat purchase
What a disaster shopping at Saks was! I bought a coat online and chose the 3-6 business days delivery. The package arrived 12 days later. When I asked "Customer Service" why, I just got excuses and blame. They were so unprofessional and didn't take responsibility. And don't even get me started on the useless online chat, text, and phone support. They always cut me off without helping. I've never seen such incompetence from a fancy store. My advice? Don't bother shopping at Saks. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Item return issue
I just bought something from the store and it was totally the wrong size, so I had to take it back. But let me tell you, trying to return it has been a total nightmare. They won't give me my money back and keep coming up with all these excuses about their return policy. It's been so annoying, and I would definitely warn others to watch out for this kind of thing.
Golden Goose sneakers damaged
I just bought a pair of sneakers from this shop, the Golden Goose brand, but when I got them, I found out they were damaged. I took some pics to show how they looked and asked for a return. But the shop said no because of their "final sale policy." I was really let down by their lack of willingness to help out and take care of their customers. So just a heads up to others, be sure to think twice before buying from this shop.
Sunglasses replacement
So, I got these sunglasses from the store but they showed up broken. I reached out to customer service to get a new pair, and at first, they said I didn't need to send back the broken ones and the replacement would come with free shipping. But then, a few days later, they changed their tune and said I needed to send back the broken ones if I wanted a refund. This whole back and forth left me feeling confused and annoyed, as I had to keep going back and forth with customer service. After a bunch of emails and phone calls, I managed to get the issue escalated to the CEO and the head of escalations, which finally started to help sort things out, although I'm still waiting on that refund. Overall, the whole experience was a huge hassle and just really frustrating.
Damaged item return
I recently had a brutal time dealing with the return process at this store. I brought back an item that was missing pieces, and despite reaching out multiple times to check on my refund, I never heard back. The customer service reps were no help at all and couldn't give me any solid details on why my refund was taking so long. Eventually, they sent the item back to me with a vague reason for denying the refund, saying it was worn and dirty, which wasn't true. The whole thing was super frustrating, and I felt like the company wasn't owning up to their mistake. All in all, a really disappointing experience, eh.

I ordered some beauty stuff online and was so bummed when I opened my package and found out that one of the lipsticks had already been used. I went through the whole return process and got my money back pretty quickly, which was good. But then I found out about some other messed up experiences people had with Saks' warehouse - like getting a can of tuna instead of an ashtray, or getting fake sandals. Crazy, right?
Jacket
I ordered this jacket online and it was super cool. But then there was a major issue with the delivery - they claimed it was already delivered, but it never showed up! I was super upset, like why would they say that? When I contacted customer service, they were no help whatsoever. They refused to give me a refund and I was like, seriously? What a rip-off! I won't be shopping here again, it's just not worth the hassle.
