    I purchased a sweater at Saks Fifth Avenue but it didn't fit me, so I returned it and got a confirmation email on February 9th. The email said I'd get my refund in "up to 7 business days," but when I checked on February 26th, they said I had to wait until March 1st. The customer service rep (Carlos) was not helpful and said I had to wait 14 days, even though the email clearly said 7 days. This mishandling of the situation by the customer service team is not okay and has left me frustrated with Saks Fifth Avenue. It's disappointing to see this disregard for customer concerns and dissatisfaction with their policies. I won't shop there again and I'd warn others about their customer service practices.

    I recently bought some clothes from Saks Fifth Avenue and the whole experience with delivery and customer service was really bad. They used a third-party delivery service for Canadian orders, and it took forever for my stuff to arrive. And when I tried to return something, it was a huge hassle. The customer service people were not helpful at all and were actually pretty rude. They wouldn't take my return, and on top of that, they still haven't given me a refund for an item they got back over a month ago. Plus, the packages were all beat up when they arrived, no proper packaging at all. So disappointing.

    What a disaster shopping at Saks was! I bought a coat online and chose the 3-6 business days delivery. The package arrived 12 days later. When I asked "Customer Service" why, I just got excuses and blame. They were so unprofessional and didn't take responsibility. And don't even get me started on the useless online chat, text, and phone support. They always cut me off without helping. I've never seen such incompetence from a fancy store. My advice? Don't bother shopping at Saks. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

    Golden Goose sneakers damaged

    I just bought a pair of sneakers from this shop, the Golden Goose brand, but when I got them, I found out they were damaged. I took some pics to show how they looked and asked for a return. But the shop said no because of their "final sale policy." I was really let down by their lack of willingness to help out and take care of their customers. So just a heads up to others, be sure to think twice before buying from this shop.

    So, I got these sunglasses from the store but they showed up broken. I reached out to customer service to get a new pair, and at first, they said I didn't need to send back the broken ones and the replacement would come with free shipping. But then, a few days later, they changed their tune and said I needed to send back the broken ones if I wanted a refund. This whole back and forth left me feeling confused and annoyed, as I had to keep going back and forth with customer service. After a bunch of emails and phone calls, I managed to get the issue escalated to the CEO and the head of escalations, which finally started to help sort things out, although I'm still waiting on that refund. Overall, the whole experience was a huge hassle and just really frustrating.

    I recently had a brutal time dealing with the return process at this store. I brought back an item that was missing pieces, and despite reaching out multiple times to check on my refund, I never heard back. The customer service reps were no help at all and couldn't give me any solid details on why my refund was taking so long. Eventually, they sent the item back to me with a vague reason for denying the refund, saying it was worn and dirty, which wasn't true. The whole thing was super frustrating, and I felt like the company wasn't owning up to their mistake. All in all, a really disappointing experience, eh.

    I ordered this jacket online and it was super cool. But then there was a major issue with the delivery - they claimed it was already delivered, but it never showed up! I was super upset, like why would they say that? When I contacted customer service, they were no help whatsoever. They refused to give me a refund and I was like, seriously? What a rip-off! I won't be shopping here again, it's just not worth the hassle.
