Sweater purchase
I purchased a sweater at Saks Fifth Avenue but it didn't fit me, so I returned it and got a confirmation email on February 9th. The email said I'd get my refund in "up to 7 business days," but when I checked on February 26th, they said I had to wait until March 1st. The customer service rep (Carlos) was not helpful and said I had to wait 14 days, even though the email clearly said 7 days. This mishandling of the situation by the customer service team is not okay and has left me frustrated with Saks Fifth Avenue. It's disappointing to see this disregard for customer concerns and dissatisfaction with their policies. I won't shop there again and I'd warn others about their customer service practices.
Returned shoes not refunded
I brought back these shoes more than three months ago and still haven't got my refund! I tried reaching out to PayPal and the company, but no dice. I'm broke and barefoot!
Refund issue
I was pretty disappointed with the customer service at this store. The people I talked to just didn't seem to get what the issue was with my refund, so it's still not sorted out. I recently bought some clothes from Saks Fifth Avenue and the whole experience with delivery and customer service was really bad. I just bought a pair of sneakers from this shop, the Golden Goose brand, but when I got them, I found out they were damaged. I took some pics to show how they looked and asked for a return. After a bunch of emails and phone calls, I managed to get the issue escalated to the CEO and the head of escalations, which finally started to help sort things out, although I'm still waiting on that refund. Overall, the whole experience was a huge hassle and just really frustrating.
