    Address label issue

    I got a message from EVRI saying they couldn't read my address label on the package and sent a link for me to click on. But I had a feeling it could be a scam so I didn't click on it. Instead, I contacted Joe on Send a Message and he confirmed my suspicions. He was really quick in helping me sort everything out. Big thanks to Joe at the store for all your help.

    I just bought something from the store and it was totally the wrong size, so I had to take it back. But let me tell you, trying to return it has been a total nightmare. They won't give me my money back and keep coming up with all these excuses about their return policy. It's been so annoying, and I would definitely warn others to watch out for this kind of thing.

    wireless earbuds faulty

    I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service I got when my wireless earbuds started acting wonky. Even though I’m over in the UK, they were super quick to respond and sorted me out with a replacement. It all went really smoothly and I was grateful for their help from afar. It’s not every day you find such amazing customer service, and it totally changed my whole experience for the better.
