Wrong bed parts
I waited so long for my bed to arrive, but when it did, it was all messed up. They won't even fix it, so now I'm stuck with a broken bed and sleeping on the hard floor. Plus, I have all these extra parts with nowhere to store them. The service is just terrible!
Wayne Armchair
The Wayne Armchair is so nice and comfy in our home. It's bigger than expected, but I really like how it looks and feels. My daughter loves sitting on it too, so it's a great piece of furniture for our family room.
Modern side tables
These side tables are exactly what I was looking for - great quality, just the right size, and they were really well packaged when they showed up at my door. Madison leather chair and Hamilton swivel chair
I recently bought a Madison leather chair and a Hamilton swivel chair, and let me tell you, the quality is amazing. The Madison chair looks so good in my living room, it goes perfectly with my decor. But, gotta say, the Hamilton swivel chair in black leather didn't quite meet my expectations. It's too low for me, not comfortable at all for my back issues. Also, the color is not as deep black as I wanted, kinda has a hint of grey. I decided to keep it anyways because I don't agree with paying a 20% return fee, that's just crazy.
Furniture purchase
I just bought some furniture from this company, and while the stuff itself is good quality, I was really let down by the delivery. The delivery time they gave me was super strict and had no wiggle room, so I ended up waiting way longer than I was supposed to. And on top of that, the delivery folks were so rude and unprofessional, they even caused problems with my building's management. This was my second bad experience with this company, so I won't be ordering from them again.
Solid furniture purchase
The furniture I bought was top-notch, way better than stuff from Article and Crate and Barrel. It came in a super secure package with tons of styrofoam, so it arrived without a scratch. I was blown away by how well-made and long-lasting it was, definitely worth the money for my home.
Madison sofa, chair, and ottomans
I just got my Madison sofa, chair, and ottomans delivered and I gotta say, I'm really happy with them. I was a bit worried because I saw some bad reviews before I ordered, but everything went smoothly with the delivery. The folks from Metropolitan Delivery were great - super friendly, professional, and they even gave me a tracking tool for the truck so I could see where they were. The furniture itself is gorgeous, even nicer than it looked in the pictures online. The quality and strength of the pieces really impressed me. I really hope any problems others had after buying get fixed, 'cause I'm thinking about getting more stuff in the future.
Bed frame with drawers
The bed frame is really nice! The drawers aren't great on the carpet since they're on wheels instead of runners. But overall, the look and quality are amazing!
Swivel chair purchase
The pictures online showed exactly what we got, and the price was really good compared to other stores. Plus, they shipped the product right away and it was packed well. When we opened up the swivel chairs and put them together, we were super happy with the quality of the fabric and how well they were built.

Alfie lounge
I got the Alfie lounge back in 2019, eh, and the chair seats have worn out real bad in a short time, you know? I contacted customer service to get some replacement covers, and I was willing to pay for them. But after 2 months, I saw a refund in my account with no explanation. When I asked about it, they told me the fabric for the covers wasn't being made anymore. This lack of communication and the low quality of the product really let me down, eh. I've made up my mind, I ain't gonna shop with them again, that's for sure.
Defective table
I'm really frustrated with the lousy customer service I got from this company. When my table showed up all messed up, they basically brushed me off with a tiny $100 refund for a $3500 purchase - like, seriously? It's just not right for a company charging top dollar to be so unprofessional and unresponsive when customers have problems. And not being able to talk to a real person on the phone just makes it worse. Waiting forever for email replies that aren't even helpful is just the cherry on top of this whole mess.
Furniture purchase

Maui Outdoor collection in Charcoal
I'm really disappointed with the outdoor furniture I bought from that store. The Maui Outdoor collection in Charcoal started fading so quickly after just three weeks in the sun here in Seattle. It looks awful now. I'd suggest thinking twice before buying outdoor furniture from them and maybe checking out other places for higher quality products.
Simple chair purchase
Fast shipping and putting it together was a breeze. The chair fits perfectly in my recently renovated guest room. The packaging was a bit excessive, but putting it together was easy. Wish there were more choices for the fabric.
Dawson bed in beach linen
The bed my parents got was the worst, man! They bought the Dawson bed in beach linen and it was a disaster! First of all, the delivery was late and the delivery guys messed everything up. They left dirty handprints all over the fabric, so my dad had to fix their mistakes. And then, after only two days, the fabric started falling apart! My mom sent so many emails for help, but all they offered was a dumb fabric shaver! No phone number to call, no real response. Seriously, do not buy from them - total scam!
Table alignment issue resolved promptly
I just bought a table, but there was a problem with how it was put together. I called customer service, and they fixed it right away and accepted the return. I didn't keep the table in the end, but I was really happy with the good customer service and how everything was handled fairly.
Super cool dresser and headboard
OMG, the dresser and headboard are so amazing! The dresser has so much space for all my stuff but still looks sleek and not clunky. The headboard is such a pretty color and looks so nice in my room! It's like a dream come true for my room makeover!
Sofa purchase
I bought a couch from this company not too long ago, and honestly, I'm pretty let down by it. The material they used is so cheap that it's already starting to look worn and fuzzy after just a few months of use. I tried contacting their customer service for help, but all they offered me was a lint shaver and a tiny refund, which didn't really fix anything. Now my sofa looks all old and dingy, and I just want to get rid of it. Such a waste of my money!
Seb collection furniture (dining table, coffee table, and desk).
The furniture I bought from your store, the Seb collection, is just top-notch. The quality and craftsmanship of each piece went above and beyond what I expected.
