I waited so long for my bed to arrive, but when it did, it was all messed up. They won't even fix it, so now I'm stuck with a broken bed and sleeping on the hard floor. Plus, I have all these extra parts with nowhere to store them. The service is just terrible!

I'm really frustrated with the lousy customer service I got from this company. When my table showed up all messed up, they basically brushed me off with a tiny $100 refund for a $3500 purchase - like, seriously? It's just not right for a company charging top dollar to be so unprofessional and unresponsive when customers have problems. And not being able to talk to a real person on the phone just makes it worse. Waiting forever for email replies that aren't even helpful is just the cherry on top of this whole mess.

The bed my parents got was the worst, man! They bought the Dawson bed in beach linen and it was a disaster! First of all, the delivery was late and the delivery guys messed everything up. They left dirty handprints all over the fabric, so my dad had to fix their mistakes. And then, after only two days, the fabric started falling apart! My mom sent so many emails for help, but all they offered was a dumb fabric shaver! No phone number to call, no real response. Seriously, do not buy from them - total scam!

I just bought a table, but there was a problem with how it was put together. I called customer service, and they fixed it right away and accepted the return. I didn't keep the table in the end, but I was really happy with the good customer service and how everything was handled fairly.
