CASTLERY - Reviews and experiences

I recently bought a Madison leather chair and a Hamilton swivel chair, and let me tell you, the quality is amazing. The Madison chair looks so good in my living room, it goes perfectly with my decor. But, gotta say, the Hamilton swivel chair in black leather didn't quite meet my expectations. It's too low for me, not comfortable at all for my back issues. Also, the color is not as deep black as I wanted, kinda has a hint of grey. I decided to keep it anyways because I don't agree with paying a 20% return fee, that's just crazy.

I bought the Sorrento outdoor patio set about two years ago, and it was really disappointing to see that one of the legs on the coffee table was wobbly because the welding had failed. They said they would fix it at first, but then they decided not to cover it under warranty. I take really good care of all my furniture, especially during the winter months by covering and storing it, so this was definitely a surprise. And to top it off, the fabric on the covers also fell apart over the winter, which was not expected at all. Even though I paid over $2,000 for the patio set, Castlery wasn't willing to help with these problems. I think a product like this should last longer than just two years, and the company should support their products and customers.
