Ordered the wrong size stools
So I made a purchase recently and oops, ordered the wrong size stools. I needed 24” legs, not 29” and was stressing about dealing with the return. But hey, the customer service from the company totally blew me away in a good way. They really went out of their way to help me get the right size, super easy and quick. I'd totally recommend ordering straight from the company instead of going through places like Wal-mart, Amazon, and Canadian Tire. You save on fees and get your stuff way quicker. Plus, they often have special deals for even more savings.
Ice cooler with detailed parameters
The website gave me all the deets I needed about the ice cooler, like wattage, CFM, water tank size, and more. I gotta say, I was pretty impressed by how much info they had - helped me out big time in making my choice. And get this, I found a coupon on there which I could use along with my membership discount, so I ended up paying $93 less than I thought I would. That definitely made my online shopping experience super satisfying and worthwhile.
Quality product
The quality of the product I got was amazing, it went above what I was expecting and I'm really happy with it. But the whole delivery situation was a mess. I had asked them specifically not to leave the package outside, but they did it anyway. That put my purchase in danger of getting stolen, which was a total pain. Hopefully, Costway can think about giving more choices for deliveries in the future so this doesn't happen again.
Rollator purchase
I just bought a rollator from this company and I was really impressed with the awesome customer service I got. When I had some problems with the rollator, they were super fast in helping me out and fixing the issue right away. The rollator is strong and looks exactly like it did on the website. It works great as both a walker and a wheelchair, so it's a really handy and versatile mobility aid.
Smoothed out order process
I ran into some issues at first with my order getting cancelled right after I paid. But the customer service crew was super quick to jump in and fix everything up to make me happy. Once they figured out what was going wrong, getting my order in was a breeze. I gotta say, the customer service team really came through with their fast and friendly help to make sure I had a good experience.
Item I've been wanting for a long time
Oh man, guess what? I finally got that thing I've been eyeing for ages and I am beyond stoked! I went ahead and got myself a membership, and paid for it using Klarna - it was so easy peasy. The whole process was smooth sailing, with everything I needed right there at checkout. It was a total breeze!
New dryer purchase
So, eh, I had a total issue with my new dryer, it was like not working at all and I was so mad, eh! I decided to write to the customer service and they were super nice and helpful, eh. They kept emailing me to try and fix the problem and in the end, they even gave me back the money I spent to fix it, eh! I was so impressed by their service, like, wow, eh!
Kids rocking chairs
I bought these rocking chairs thinking they were for adults, but it turns out they're for kids! I emailed them right away and Monika got back to me super quick. She cancelled my order and I'm getting my money back. Usually, returning stuff online is a pain, but Costway made it so easy. Can't wait to shop here again!
