Deceptive auto-renewal
Hey everyone, I gotta tell you, steer clear of that app. It seems like they're just out to get your money for stuff you didn't even mean to buy. I only used it that one time for a trip and then next thing I know, I got hit with a surprise charge. When I called them out on it, all I got was some standard, unhelpful reply. Those folks know exactly what they're up to - total sketchy scammers. Don't fall for it, stay far away!

Easy online shopping
I had a really good time shopping at this company. The website was super easy to use and I had no problems using a coupon from another site. They had a lot of different products to choose from and their prices were really good. I liked how easy it was to find what I wanted and check out.

Furniture purchase
I really liked the furniture I bought, but I gotta say I was kinda bummed about how long I had to wait for it to show up. It took a whole 6 weeks for it to finally get delivered, way longer than I thought it would. But hey, the delivery drivers, Tanka and Udaya, were awesome. They were super helpful, polite, and got the furniture to my place right on time.

Ill-fitting shirts
I bought some shirts from this store, and I was pretty disappointed because they didn't fit well and were not very good quality. When I reached out to customer service about returning them, the person I talked to was really unprofessional and rude. They didn't seem to know what they were talking about and couldn't give me a straight answer about the return policy. It was really frustrating, and I wouldn't suggest shopping here if you want nice clothes and good customer service.

Credit monitoring subscription
I just got a credit monitoring subscription, eh, and honestly, it's been a bit of a letdown, you know. I logged in and was expecting to see my credit score and report, but there was nothing there, which was pretty disappointing. So, I reached out to customer service for help, but they were not very helpful, eh. They didn't seem to know what they were doing and just kept passing me around to different people, wasting my time. There was one person who kept asking me for the same info I already gave when I signed up, which was just frustrating. The whole customer service team seemed really disorganized, and it made me doubt the quality of the service. Even the live chat guy, Lanzy, was not very nice and didn't really help me out, just ending the conversations without solving my issues, you know.
