So, I ordered a remake suit from this company not too long ago, and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. The quality of the suit was just okay, nothing special. On top of that, the customer service wasn't the greatest, and the fit was all off. It took forever for the suit to be delivered, way longer than other online stores I've shopped at. And when they finally sent me a remake, they were so slow to answer my emails. And to top it all off, when I got the remake suit, it still didn't fit right. All in all, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I picked up some clothes from that store and man, they were such poor quality and didn't even fit properly. And don't get me started on the customer service - it was like, non-existent, seriously. I heard folks saying good things about that place but it's all just a bunch of lies. They're selling low-quality stuff for way too much money. Don't even bother trying to get in touch with them on social media, they won't even bother replying. Just do yourself a favor and steer clear of that place, trust me.

I recently ordered two customized shirts and I have to say, it hasn't been smooth sailing. I waited over four weeks without any updates on my order. When I finally reached out to see what was going on, it was a struggle. No one confirmed if my order was even being worked on or gave me an idea of when it would show up. Despite my best efforts to contact customer service, I didn't get anywhere. Deanna, the rep I emailed, never got back to me. And calling the customer service line just ended up with voicemails telling me to email Deanna. It's been a real disappointment dealing with all this radio silence and the delay in getting my order. Being a new customer, I was hoping for better service and more attention to detail.

I bought this suit that was supposed to be full canvas, but when I got it, turns out it was only half canvas. And the quality was not great either, with a cheap-looking liner. Pretty disappointing, especially coming from a brand known for good quality men's clothing. Didn't really measure up to other brands like Suit Supply or Pini Parma, in my opinion.

I don't understand why people aren't big fans of Spier & Mackay - their stuff is amazing! I've purchased shirts, pants, chinos, polos, and accessories from them, and they are definitely better quality compared to other brands like Suitsupply. It's top-notch, similar to Pini Parma.

Oh my goodness, I bought a jacket thinking it was available, but then I received an email saying it wasn't! And when I wanted to switch to a different one, they took forever to get back to me! Such a pain. And when I requested a refund, they mentioned it might take a whole week! Can you believe it? Such a terrible company.

The suits fit like a dream and look really sharp, and the red-label and black-label shirts are just fantastic. Whenever I rock the linen shirts, I get tons of compliments. The selection of suits at this company is amazing! They have a wide range of high-quality fabrics from all over the world, so it's easy to find the perfect suit. I will say though, their shirt quality isn't as good as some other brands in the same price range. But the variety and selection they offer really make up for it. I got a lot of compliments on a suit I got from them recently, even from a fancy tailor in Savile Row! That's pretty impressive. It just shows that you don't have to spend a fortune to look sharp and stylish.

I bought a suit on May 20th that was supposed to be in stock, but it hasn't been shipped yet even though they charged my credit card right away. I've emailed them several times, but their responses have been slow and unhelpful about the delay. I'm not happy about this and it makes me unsure about ordering from them again in the future.

Tried to buy two things I really wanted, but had issues at checkout with my Mastercard. Support told me my billing address was the problem even though it works fine for other stores. Luckily, I was able to use my Visa instead. The items are awesome and fit well, but are just too long for me. Decent quality clothes overall, but the service could be better.

Pretty much got my whole office wardrobe from them, and also got some casual stuff like jeans, shorts, and polo shirts. The returns were a breeze and I scored some great deals on sale items. The staff in the store were really helpful too.

It sucks when companies charge your credit card and then take more than a week to even ship your order. I had to reach out to them for an update and they straight up ignored me at first. But after a second email, they finally canceled my order. Companies need to do better at keeping their customers in the loop to avoid these kind of messed up situations.
