    Custom shirt order

    I recently ordered two customized shirts and I have to say, it hasn't been smooth sailing. I waited over four weeks without any updates on my order. When I finally reached out to see what was going on, it was a struggle. No one confirmed if my order was even being worked on or gave me an idea of when it would show up. Despite my best efforts to contact customer service, I didn't get anywhere. Deanna, the rep I emailed, never got back to me. And calling the customer service line just ended up with voicemails telling me to email Deanna. It's been a real disappointment dealing with all this radio silence and the delay in getting my order. Being a new customer, I was hoping for better service and more attention to detail.

    Tarnished earrings

    I bought a pair of earrings from your store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm not happy with the quality at all. They started tarnishing really bad after just three months of wearing them, and that's definitely not cool considering how much they cost. I was expecting them to last longer and be better made, especially coming from a well-known brand like yours. The tarnish completely changed how the earrings look and now I can't even wear them. Honestly, I'm really disappointed with this purchase and wouldn't suggest these earrings to anyone.

    Late shower gift

    The customer service at this place is terrible. I bought a baby shower gift, but it never came. When I reached out, they just said they'd send it again, even though I needed it by a specific time. When I asked for a refund, they expected me to pay for shipping. Can you believe that? Their shipping is already so slow. Dealing with their incompetence is so frustrating. And their customer service rep, Edie, doesn't have a clue about good service. I'm never shopping here again, that's for sure.

    South American trip

    Let me tell you, this trip to South America was such a disappointment. The guides were hard to understand, the buses were dirty, and that bus ride was way too risky for my liking. The schedule was so boring, there was hardly anything fun to do. Peru was okay, but Chile and Brazil were just not great. The only reason Argentina wasn't terrible was because we've been to Buenos Aires a few times. The guide in Bariloche was as boring as can be. I've taken trips with this company before, but this one was lacking in every way. What really bothered me was that after I wrote a detailed review pointing out all the issues, no one even said sorry or tried to fix anything. That's why I'm writing this review now.

    As someone who's used Mandy as a platform for performers, I've gotta say, it's a pretty neat website. It gives performers the power to take charge of their profiles and go after gigs they want. I've been lucky to snag some good jobs through Mandy. But hey, gotta give a heads up to others - not all performers on there are top-notch professionals. Since the agents don't really filter them out, it can be risky picking someone for your projects. Make sure to do your homework on performers and communicate well to make sure things go smoothly. Just a little tip from someone who's been there!
