High shine, high-quality products
I just got some shiny and high-quality products from this place and let me tell you, I am super impressed. The stuff they sell has such a cool design and the quality is top-notch. I can't get enough of the things I bought, they're just so beautiful. The folks who work here are amazing when it comes to customer service. They really know their stuff, are super nice, and do everything to make sure you have a great shopping time. I just bought some pieces from this jewelry store and I gotta say, I am seriously impressed by the quality and style. The designs are super unique and edgy, I'm totally in love with them. Earrings for travel
I bought a pair of earrings for my upcoming trip. They look really nice and are good quality - not overly pricey and go well with lots of outfits. But, after wearing them only a few times, one of the pins broke. I paid $100 for these earrings, so that shouldn't be happening. I was let down by the quality of this product.
Ring purchase
I got this ring recently and to be honest, it was a huge letdown. I spent a lot of money thinking I was getting something good, but after wearing it for just a week, it started looking really bad. The quality is terrible and now I feel like I just threw away my money. I wouldn't suggest buying from here if you're looking for something that will actually hold up over time.
Necklace and bracelet
I've been a fan of Jenny Bird for a while now, but I have to say I'm pretty bummed about the jewelry I recently got. The Stevie necklace, which I was super pumped about, is already looking tarnished and dull. It honestly looks more like something I grabbed at a bargain accessory store, not the fancy brand I was expecting. And don't even get me started on the bracelet - the gold plating is almost completely gone after only a few weeks of wear. It's pretty obvious that their plating process needs some work, which is a shame because I really dig their style. But if the pieces can't even handle normal wear, what's the point of dropping cash on them?
Jewelry purchase
My experience with ordering from this company was not up to par. I bought some jewelry amounting to over $400 and was happy at first about the free shipping they mentioned. But then, they ended up charging me $10 for shipping without telling me before. When I tried to get answers from customer service, they weren't helpful or personal. The lack of clear information and communication about the extra fee made me feel annoyed and let down. Because of this, I don't trust this company anymore and won't buy from them again.
anklet and necklace tarnished so fast
I was super pumped about getting my new anklet and necklace, but after only a week of wearing them, they started to tarnish! The design was adorable, but I was pretty let down that they didn't hold up longer. I mean, for the price I shelled out, I was hoping for better quality.
Tarnished earrings
I bought a pair of earrings from your store not too long ago, and I gotta say, I'm not happy with the quality at all. They started tarnishing really bad after just three months of wearing them, and that's definitely not cool considering how much they cost. I was expecting them to last longer and be better made, especially coming from a well-known brand like yours. The tarnish completely changed how the earrings look and now I can't even wear them. Honestly, I'm really disappointed with this purchase and wouldn't suggest these earrings to anyone.

I got these gold-plated earrings from this brand and man, I gotta say, I am so bummed about the quality. I did everything they said to take care of them, but they ended up tarnishing after just a few wears. I mean, seriously? I have way cheaper jewelry that has lasted way longer. It's just so annoying to spend your hard-earned cash on something that doesn't even live up to the hype. And to top it off, when I tried to talk to customer service about it, they didn't even seem to care and just brushed me off. Not cool. I definitely won't be buying anything from this brand again.

I was so bummed out about the necklace I bought recently. It was terrible quality, made of plated brass, which felt like a total rip-off given the price I paid. It seemed like something I could get for way cheaper at a discount store. And to make matters worse, the customer service was no help when I tried to address the issue with my purchase. I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping at this store - their prices don't match the quality of their products.
Recent jewellery purchase
Eh, so I've been a loyal customer of this jewellery brand for years, eh. I've got a whole collection of their pieces, but lately, I've noticed a big drop in quality, you know. The jewellery is tarnishing way faster now, which I figure must be because they changed how they plate it. My recent buys ended up looking super cheap and tacky, like stuff I could've snagged at a bargain shop for way less. It's a bummer to see such a dip in quality, especially since I really dig the brand's overall look. I scooped up a bunch of necklaces on my trip to Europe not long ago, but had to stop wearing them soon after 'cause they're just so crummy. It's a real downer to drop a bunch of cash on pieces that don't meet expectations, eh.
3 pieces of jewelry
I recently bought three pieces of jewelry from here, and I'm really upset with the quality. I wore them only four times, and they tarnished quickly. I followed all the care instructions, didn't get them wet or use perfume near them, but they still didn't last. When I tried to reach customer service, I found out the office was closed with no warning. I tried the 'live chat' and sent photos of the tarnished pieces, but all they offered was store credit, not a refund. When I kept asking for a refund, Thalia, the chat person, disappeared and stopped replying. This isn't how a good company should handle customer complaints. The jewelry was cheap quality and not worth what I paid. It feels like I got tricked into buying supposed 'luxury' items that were more like something from Walmart. I'd suggest staying away from this brand and not falling for their celebrity endorsements.
Earrings
I was so bummed about the earrings I bought lately. I mean, I took good care of them, made sure they stayed dry and all that, but after only a few months, the coating started to come off, they started looking all tarnished, and to top it off, the clasp on one of them just stopped working. I was hoping they would last longer, especially since they weren't cheap. It's a shame, but I won't be buying from that brand again.
