Battery purchase
I went to this store the other day to buy some batteries and I was so impressed with what they had. The batteries worked great, just like they said they would. You can tell they really believe in what they sell and only offer the best stuff. The people working there were super helpful and knew their stuff. I had a really good time shopping there and I'll definitely go back next time I need batteries.

Ski boots
Oh my goodness, I am so thrilled with the ski boots I got from the store! They are incredibly comfortable and fit me like a glove. I am absolutely excited to go skiing this winter and flaunt my amazing new gear. The staff at the store were super helpful and really knew their stuff about ski equipment. And on top of that, they have a wide variety of awesome things for different mountain activities like biking, hiking, and fishing. I wish I could buy everything in that store, it's like a paradise for people who love the outdoors like me!

Clothes quality and variety
I really like shopping here because the clothes are so nice and they really look like they do in the pictures online. The sizes fit me just right and there are always new styles to check out. I've been using this product for over three months now and I'm already on my second batch. The taste is kind of like a rich cocoa drink, but I know some people might find it a bit different. Personally, I've found that it really helps with my digestion, which has been great for my gut health. Two items (Hibiscus pants, Taylor denim pants)
I bought two things from this brand not too long ago. Everything seemed fine at first, but then things went downhill fast. I sent one item back and got my money back right away. But the other item, the Taylor denim pants, still haven't been refunded. I've tried emailing and contacting customer service multiple times, but nothing. It's been a month and a half and still no refund. The lack of communication and customer service is really bad. I won't be buying from this brand again until they sort this out.

3 pieces of jewelry
I recently bought three pieces of jewelry from here, and I'm really upset with the quality. I wore them only four times, and they tarnished quickly. I followed all the care instructions, didn't get them wet or use perfume near them, but they still didn't last. When I tried to reach customer service, I found out the office was closed with no warning. I tried the 'live chat' and sent photos of the tarnished pieces, but all they offered was store credit, not a refund. When I kept asking for a refund, Thalia, the chat person, disappeared and stopped replying. This isn't how a good company should handle customer complaints. The jewelry was cheap quality and not worth what I paid. It feels like I got tricked into buying supposed 'luxury' items that were more like something from Walmart. I'd suggest staying away from this brand and not falling for their celebrity endorsements.
