Adventure camp dry suit
My kid was at this adventure camp up in the mountains, all ready to float down the river, but she was stressing about the rainy weather. I came through with a brand new dry suit for her and we totally saved the day. It was the perfect solution to make sure she could still have a blast without getting all wet and freezing. The suit was top-notch, keeping her warm and dry the whole time. The customer service was amazing, helping me pick out the right size and style for my daughter. The pricing was fair for such a high-quality product. And even though I ordered last minute, the delivery was super quick, making sure we had everything in time for her adventure.
Malone Ecolight Sport Trailer
Hey, so I recently bought this trailer from Outdoor Play, and I gotta say, I was pretty happy with how things turned out. Inflatable 2 person Kayak
I recently got my hands on an inflatable kayak for two people, and I gotta say, I'm pretty impressed with how well it's made. It took a bit of work to get it all blown up, but once it was ready to go, it felt just as sturdy as a regular boat. The design and construction of this kayak are top-notch, and it seems like it'll hold up well over time. I can't wait to take it out on the water and test it out, but from what I've seen so far, it looks like it's gonna do great.

I just got some sea kayak gear from the store and I gotta say, I'm super impressed with the quality and service. Oru Inlet Kayak Purchase
I found Outdoor Play when I was looking online for a good deal on an Oru Inlet kayak. I did some research on the company and decided to place my order on a Saturday. They shipped it out right away on Monday, and it showed up at my door by Wednesday. I was pretty shocked it came so quickly, especially coming from Oregon to California. The customer service at Outdoor Play was amazing, and I'm really happy with both the company and my Oru Inlet kayak.
Got a new paddle
So yeah, I got this new paddle from Outdoor Play and guess what? It was totally the wrong one when it showed up! But man, when I reached out to them, they were seriously the nicest folks and sorted me right out. They took back the wrong paddle and got the right one sent my way crazy fast. It was actually my second time ordering from them, and I'm definitely gonna be going back to them again in the future.
Quality stern frame for rafting
I picked up a solid frame for my rafting trip at this store because they had really reasonable shipping fees. Most places gouge you on those oversize items, but these guys were straight up and charged a fair price. The actual item cost was pretty average, but the shipping was quick and just covered what it actually cost to send it to me.
Warm liner for dry suit
I had to get a warm liner to wear under my drysuit for my kayaking trip coming up. I looked around a bit and finally found the perfect one at this store. The website was so easy to navigate, I found exactly what I was looking for right off the bat. When I contacted customer service about returning an item, they were really friendly and answered all my questions. My order has been lost for 3 weeks
I ordered something 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived! Feels like my package decided to take an extended vacation between airports or something. And don't even get me started on the tracking system, it's just terrible. Can you please help me with this?
