I really love this store for getting all my awesome outdoor toys! The prices are great, the shipping is always on time, and the toys are really good quality. The only bummer is that sometimes when I want to buy something on sale, it's already out of stock.

This company really looks out for their customers and wants to make sure we get the best products.

The customer service at Outdoor Play was amazing, and I'm really happy with both the company and my Oru Inlet kayak.

I picked up a solid frame for my rafting trip at this store because they had really reasonable shipping fees. Most places gouge you on those oversize items, but these guys were straight up and charged a fair price. The actual item cost was pretty average, but the shipping was quick and just covered what it actually cost to send it to me.

I had to get a warm liner to wear under my drysuit for my kayaking trip coming up. I looked around a bit and finally found the perfect one at this store. It was exactly what I needed and I was so pleased with my buy. I've always had a great time shopping here and I'll for sure be telling my friends about this place.

I ordered something 3 weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived! Feels like my package decided to take an extended vacation between airports or something. And don't even get me started on the tracking system, it's just terrible. Can you please help me with this?
