6 month cheese subscription
I bought a 6-month cheese subscription in mid-December to give as a Christmas present. I was really let down by how the shipping was handled. I got an email saying my order was shipped on December 23rd, but FedEx showed that only a label was made on that day. The package wasn't even close to being on time for delivery on December 23rd. This kind of inefficiency doesn't look good for the shipping team and is not okay for a company like iGourmet. I was hoping for better service and delivery times from them.

Recent kitchenware purchase
I just bought some new kitchen stuff - got some tough cutting boards, a good pairing knife, tongs, and shears. These ones aren't just for show, they're meant to actually work. The knife is super sharp and the cutting boards are solid. But the tongs were a pain to use because of their design.

Unresponsive, unsatisfactory
I had a really bad experience with this company. I've emailed them a bunch of times but haven't heard back about my order. It's been super frustrating, especially since I was really excited to support them. Unfortunately, I don't trust them to give good service anymore, so I won't be buying from them again. It sucks to leave a negative review, but the lack of communication and overall experience was just not okay.

Chips and Chocolate
So I ordered some chips and chocolate from this store recently. Unfortunately, one of the chocolate bars came all melted because it wasn't packed properly. But, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and efficiently customer service dealt with the problem. They arranged a refund for the damaged chocolate right away, which really impressed me.

hipaa compliant fax line
I bought this number to have a fax line that follows the hipaa rules for my private practice. It does the job fine, but I wish Iplum would give me a list of faxes I've sent and received in my account. Not having this feature is a downside for me because I like to have everything in one spot. In general, it's an okay service but it could be better.

I bought those all-in-one vitamins at your shop, thinking it would be an easy fix for my supplement needs. But, turns out, after taking them, I started having allergies like runny eyes, watery nose, and congestion. That made me think maybe there's something in those vitamins causing my reactions. So, I tried taking each vitamin on its own and felt better that way. In the end, the all-in-one combo just didn't cut it for me.

Late delivery
Man, I was really let down by Paravel. I placed an order online back in early March and was told it would show up in a couple of weeks. But, it's been over a month now and still no sign of my stuff. When I contacted customer service to ask about my order, they gave me a wishy-washy answer about how the courier sent back my items and they would reorder them for me. Well, that didn't happen quickly enough and now I couldn't use my stuff for my holiday plans. I tried to complain but haven't heard back from Paravel at all. Their lack of communication and responsibility is just not cool.

I found Outdoor Play when I was looking online for a good deal on an Oru Inlet kayak. I did some research on the company and decided to place my order on a Saturday. They shipped it out right away on Monday, and it showed up at my door by Wednesday. I was pretty shocked it came so quickly, especially coming from Oregon to California. The customer service at Outdoor Play was amazing, and I'm really happy with both the company and my Oru Inlet kayak.

I gotta say, the customer service was alright. The reps were pretty helpful in dealing with my issues. But man, was I let down when my first package arrived empty. Like, where's the water bottle I ordered, you know? They said they'd send a replacement, but it's been 6 days and still no word on where it's at. And they promised 2-day shipping, what gives?
