Softside 8x8 photo book
I totally bought a sweet 8x8 photo book from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out. But, I did notice that some of the pics got cut off because the margins were bigger than what I'm used to from other photo book places. Still, the printing is solid and the book looks good overall. One thing that would make it even better is if they had more template options. I think having more choices would make my projects more fun and unique. Even with these little issues, I'll definitely keep ordering from them because their prices are decent and I can usually find some discount codes online.
Photo book for grandchildren
For years now, I've been making these special photo books for my grandkids using a cool online service. It's a great way to capture memories from the year and put them all in one place. In this day and age of everything being digital, having a real, physical book to look through is pretty neat. My grandkids and their folks really love these personalized books, and it makes me happy to see how much they appreciate it. The website is super easy to use, so I can design and order the books hassle-free.
Photo book purchase for years
I've been buying photo books for years now and I gotta say, the customer service is always top notch. They're always there, ready and willing to help me out however I need it, and that really means a lot to me. The personal touch and their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I have a fantastic experience is what makes them stand out from the rest. And let's not forget, the final product is always incredible and never fails to wow me.
Photo book purchase
I thought the app was pretty easy to use for putting together my book and adding text. I liked that I could easily switch between using it on my phone and my computer to upload photos and rearrange things. The final book turned out how I wanted it to, but I wish the paper used for the hardcover was better quality. I did notice two black spots on a couple of pages, but I'm not sure if they're a big enough issue to ask for a new copy.
Tanzanian-Serengeti Safari Photo Book
Chatbooks made it super easy for me to create my photo book from my Tanzanian-Serengeti Safari. The platform was so user-friendly, I could easily add my own photos and make any tweaks I needed. It's awesome to now have a real photo book I can flip through whenever I want to relive all the incredible memories from my time in the Serengeti. The book itself is top quality, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out.
10 x 10 book
So, I was pumped to get this book that was 10 x 10, but then I noticed they charged me $99 instead of $77.09. It was a bit confusing, but they ended up cancelling the first order so I could get the right price, which was pretty awesome. All in all, I'd give their service five stars because they sorted out the billing problem and I got my hands on the book eventually.
Customizable hardbound book
I really liked how I could personalize the book to fit my style. Having the option to mix full pages with ones that had captions and borders in one book was a game-changer for me. The hardbound book was such great quality, I know it'll be a special family keepsake for years to come. And the price was so affordable, it was an amazing deal in my books.
My annual photo yearbook
Chatbooks is the go-to for our family photo album. I've been adding extra blank pages to stick in all the neat things we come across during the year. The photo quality has gotten a lot better and I'm super excited about my 2023 book. Already thinking ahead to 2024!

Making photo books online is pretty simple - you just gotta upload your pictures, put them in order, and change the titles if you want. But sometimes, the photos might not look as sharp as you'd like them to in the final product.
Custom chat book creation
The best part about making a custom chat book is how easy it is. But, I have to admit, the photo quality isn't the greatest. Even with really nice downloaded photos, they just don't look as good as other companies, like Blurb. However, if you're using Instagram photos, you can't beat the convenience.
