    8x10 picture order

    So I ordered this 8x10 pic from this site not too long ago, and to be honest, I was pretty bummed out with how it turned out. The pic showed up all bent and creased, and that was a major letdown for me. They just chucked it in a bag with my 4x6 prints, so no surprise it got wrecked during shipping. Like, come on, can't they be a bit more careful with how they pack stuff? It got me thinking about whether their whole shipping process is up to snuff. When I'm shelling out for shipping, I expect my goodies to get to me looking top-notch, you know?

    The photo book system was really easy to use, eh, it helped me make my photobooks with no problem. But, I was kinda bummed out about the shipping costs that they didn't tell me about before, it made the total price way more expensive. The discounts they first offered seemed too good to be true, like they just wanted to get people to buy, 'cause the regular prices were way higher. It sucked to see my order price go up by almost 40% because of those sneaky shipping costs that weren't clear from the start, you know?

    Rush shipping letdown

    I paid extra for rush shipping but didn't get my delivery on time like they promised. Customer service was terrible - no phone number to talk to a real person, only a useless "chat" feature. They didn't help at all, just said they were escalating the issue by email, which didn't go anywhere. It was a total scam!

    Photo prints turned out poorly

    I got some photo prints from this place and I gotta say, I was super disappointed. The quality was seriously awful - blurry pictures and colors all washed out. I could hardly even tell who was in the photos. Definitely not worth the money I shelled out.

    I was really disappointed with the photo prints I ordered. The colors were dull and faded, nothing like the bright digital images I sent in. Even though I sent high-resolution files, the prints didn't turn out sharp or clear. On top of that, it took almost two weeks for them to arrive, which definitely wasn't worth the shipping cost.

    I bought some poster prints from a photo printing service, eh. But, I gotta say, I was pretty bummed out by the whole experience. I kept asking them not to mess with the colors, eh, but every print came out darker than the one before. On top of that, the paper was lousy and the colors were way off, eh. When I tried to talk to customer service, they weren't very helpful and didn't solve the problem. So now I've taken it up with PayPal to get my money back, eh.

    Poor quality prints

    The prints I got were terrible - all blurry and discoloured, with weird lines across them. It's a total letdown and felt like a huge waste of my time and money. When I reached out to customer service, they pinned the blame on me for supposedly uploading low-quality photos, but that wasn't the case at all. They wouldn't help me out with the expensive postage for a new print or give me a refund. I definitely do not recommend using this company.

    The prints turned out really bad, the colors are all messed up. I asked for a refund but they only offered to do new prints without free shipping. The website navigation is so confusing. I would suggest avoiding this website.

    Incorrect calendar orders

    I had a pretty bad experience with this company where I got two wrong calendar orders. I ordered the 2024 ones but got 2023 instead. Making things worse, the person who got the calendars is 92 years old and can't take a photo to show the mistake. I tried talking to customer service to fix things, but they were no help at all. It was a huge hassle and waste of time, and now I'm just not happy with the company's service at all.

    So, like, this was our first crack at making a photo book, and let me tell you, it wasn't exactly a walk in the park. Our pics weren't as top-notch as we wanted, and we had a heck of a time figuring out how to use the software. Dealing with Customer Service was a bit of a mixed bag, depending on who answered the phone. It took us three tries to finally get our order right. The sale prices were cool and everything, but some more tips and guidance for newbies like us would've been real helpful.

    Eight defective photo books

    I recently bought eight photo books for work, costing me a whopping $382, but they arrived in terrible shape with pages all warped up, making it impossible to close the covers properly. I tried reaching out for help, but their customer service has been just awful. They don't even have a phone number anymore, only this 'Chat' option, probably to avoid dealing with all the complaints they get. I tried several times to get things sorted out, even asked to talk to higher-ups, but they just kept ignoring me. When I tried to reach out to the CEO, they flat out said no and even went as far as deleting my account. It's really sad to see a company that used to be so good now do so poorly when it comes to helping out their customers.
