So, I went shopping at this place not too long ago, and let me tell you, I was seriously impressed by the quality and attention to detail of their stuff. I checked out the shop in York, and they had a whole bunch of different things on display. These leather bags really caught my eye, and after looking around for a bit, I decided to get matching bags for me and my partner. We wanted to add some unique touches to them, so we asked for some custom designs.<br>After about a week, they sent us five different design options to pick from. It was a tough choice because they were all so well-made and beautiful. Eventually, we settled on two designs that we really liked, and when the bags arrived, they exceeded all our expectations. The leather was super soft and fancy, the stitching was perfect, and the bags looked even better in person than they did in the design previews. I'm over the moon with my purchase and will definitely be telling all my friends and family about this shop.

Tool unlocking for multiple DNA kits
So, I just shelled out some cash to unlock the chromosome browser feature for several DNA kits that I oversee. Ran into a bit of a snag at first - the feature was only working for me and not the other kits. Had to cough up some more dough to unlock it for one of the kits, but I gotta say, the quick response and access to the chromosome browser was a nice surprise. All in all, happy with the service I got.

Express shipping for an item
I paid extra for express shipping on my order to make sure it would arrive by a certain day, but it didn't show up when it was supposed to. I called customer service, and they said it would be there the next day, but that didn't happen either. When I asked for a full refund since my order hadn't arrived as promised, they told me that wasn't possible because the item had already been shipped. So I asked for a refund on the express shipping fee because it was definitely not express. After talking to customer service, I got an email saying my item was coming on the quickest boat possible. Really? I'm starting to think it might be just a hop, skip, and a jump away from Guam.

I gave the 14-day trial a shot and ended up losing 10lbs, which was awesome for getting rid of that post-holiday weight gain and bloating. The blackcurrant flavor was my favourite, so I'll definitely be purchasing it again down the road.

Pickleball tournament tickets
I was really looking forward to using my gift card to buy tickets for a pickleball tournament on this site. But man, was I let down. The fees for the tickets were way too high, way more than I expected. And to top it off, even though they said the tickets would get to me two days before the event, they didn't show up. When I got in touch with customer service, they said the tickets would arrive 24 hours before the tournament. Imagine my surprise when I got an email on the morning of the event saying my order was cancelled. And get this - they're giving back the credit card amount as a refund, but the gift card amount separately. What a pain! Dealing with this company was such a waste of time and money. I won't be trusting them for any future ticket buys. Super disappointed and definitely wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.

Got a cozy set online
Oh my goodness, I was really looking forward to getting my cozy set and wearing it over the holidays. But after washing it just once, it shrunk like crazy! I made sure to follow all the care instructions, but it ended up looking like baby clothes. When I went back to the store, the manager was so rude and didn't even bother to help me out. Like, what's the point of having care instructions if they don't even work properly? I'm so disappointed.

Handbag for daughter, then one for myself
I was so looking forward to splurging on a handbag from this store, especially after buying one for my daughter last year. But oh boy, was I let down when the piping around the bag's edge started peeling off just a few months after I got it. When I reached out to customer service, they made me go through a bunch of hoops to send the bag back for repairs. I was hoping for better quality considering the price I shelled out. Dealing with all this was a huge hassle and super frustrating, not at all like the experience I'd get at a physical store. Needless to say, I won't be giving them any more of my business in the future.

Map purchase with frame
So, like, I ordered this totally awesome map with the frame and everything. The map itself is amazing and I really liked how they kept me in the loop through email about when it would arrive. But guess what? When it finally showed up, the map wasn't even in the frame as I paid for! It was a bit messed up because of that, which was pretty disappointing.
