Newport Collection bag
I recently bought a bag from the Newport Collection and let me tell you, it’s a fantastic bag! The padding is top-notch, the compartments are well thought out, and the fact that it can expand is a huge bonus. But I was a little let down with the limited color choices they had. The options were a bit dull for my outgoing personality, especially in these pandemic times.
So, to fix that, I took matters into my own hands and decided to paint the bag. The end result turned out really amazing and even got some positive attention, including from the brand itself on Twitter. I've been searching high and low for a laptop case with all the features I wanted. Finally found the perfect one on this website. It was a breeze to order and I knew it would meet all my expectations. The case is really tough and made of top-notch quality material. It's also lightweight, which was important to me. The strap is fantastic - it's high quality and doesn't slide off my shoulder at all. It's not bulky either. The best part is that my Surface keyboard can stay attached to the case, and I can just fold it up and secure it with the cord whenever I'm ready to leave. I'm thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be recommending this brand to my friends and coworkers.
Briefcase purchase
This is my third time buying from this store, and I have to say, I'm impressed yet again. I got a couple iPad covers before, and this time I picked up a briefcase for my Apple notebook. What really got me was the dark gray color that won't get dirty easily, so it'll stay looking good for a while. The quality of the products is what really stands out, though. They're well-made and user-friendly, which makes things easier for me. It would be nice if the products were made in North America, but that's just a small thing.
iPad case
I bought this iPad case not too long ago and I really like how it looks and feels, but there are a couple things that bug me about it. The case is strong and keeps my device safe, but I have a hard time reaching the on/off and volume switches because they're kind of sunken in with this design. I think if they made a few adjustments, it would make the case way easier to use. It would be awesome if they gave me a discount on a new version that fixes these issues, especially for folks with arthritis in their hands.
Computer accessories and backpack purchase

Tablet cover
I've been a big fan of this tablet cover brand for a while now and I gotta say, their products always impress me with how good they are. This is actually my third Targus cover for my iPads and each one has done a great job of keeping my devices safe. The covers look really nice, are well-made, and have stayed in good shape over the years. I really like how they pay attention to the little details in the design and how well they work, making them a solid choice for keeping my tablets protected.
Adjustable iPad case with clear back
I just got this awesome iPad case that has an adjustable feature and a clear back, and I gotta say, I am super happy with it! It's so easy to switch between portrait and landscape mode, which is perfect for me and my husband. The clear back is a cool addition because it lets us show off the colors of our iPads while still keeping them safe. I really can't find anything to complain about with this case, I think it's great and I would definitely suggest it to anyone looking for a new one.
Targus charging adapter kit replacement tip
Just the other day, I got a new tip for my charging adapter kit that I've had for a couple of years now. The old tip was getting all worn out, making it hard for my Acer laptop to charge properly. I did some checking and figured out that I needed a new tip. Luckily, the replacement tip fit like a glove and fixed the charging problem. The product seems to be good quality, and I'm happy with how well it's working now.
Early Delivery Experience
My order came earlier than I thought, which was nice. But the delivery guy had trouble speaking English and called me a bunch of times to ask about my apartment number. It took a few tries for us to get it right, and I had to pull over while driving to explain things. Even though we had a hard time understanding each other, I was grateful for the delivery guy's effort to make sure my order got to me.
Bought a cool backpack, 2 years ago
Hey, so like 2 years back, I got this really awesome backpack. It's super cool and really good quality, but the zipper just broke because I use it all the time, no matter the weather. The customer service folks were really nice and quickly sorted things out for me. They're sending me a new bag to replace it. This company is the real deal, I definitely suggest checking them out.
iPad pro 11 cover
My son's music teacher suggested this cover and I'm really happy they did. It was on sale, which was a nice surprise. The cover is super strong, bendy, and will totally last forever. I also found some other items that I can use too. The price is worth it for how good the product is.
Laptop backpack
I bought a laptop backpack from this store not too long ago because I needed something strong and protective for my laptop. Honestly, I'm pretty let down by the quality of the backpack. It started falling apart after only a few weeks of using it. The zippers were getting stuck, the fabric was fraying, and the overall construction just didn't meet my expectations. I feel like I threw away my money on a product that didn't do what it said it would.
Laptop bag purchase
I recently bought a laptop bag online, but it turned out to be the wrong size for me. When I reached out to the company to see if I could exchange it for a smaller one, they said no exchanges were allowed. Instead, I would have to pay to ship it back for a refund. Other companies I've dealt with before have allowed exchanges or free returns, so this was disappointing. I ended up sending the bag back for a refund, but was surprised when Targus deducted the initial shipping cost from my refund. I wasn't happy with this policy at all. Overall, I found the whole process of trying to make an exchange to be too difficult and expensive, so I've decided to not buy from Targus online again. In the future, I'll stick to buying from a physical store where I can try out the product and return it if needed without any extra costs.
