Newport Collection bag
I recently bought a bag from the Newport Collection and let me tell you, it’s a fantastic bag! The padding is top-notch, the compartments are well thought out, and the fact that it can expand is a huge bonus. But I was a little let down with the limited color choices they had. The options were a bit dull for my outgoing personality, especially in these pandemic times.
So, to fix that, I took matters into my own hands and decided to paint the bag. The end result turned out really amazing and even got some positive attention, including from the brand itself on Twitter. Briefcase purchase
This is my third time buying from this store, and I have to say, I'm impressed yet again. I got a couple iPad covers before, and this time I picked up a briefcase for my Apple notebook. What really got me was the dark gray color that won't get dirty easily, so it'll stay looking good for a while. The quality of the products is what really stands out, though. They're well-made and user-friendly, which makes things easier for me. It would be nice if the products were made in North America, but that's just a small thing.
iPad case
I bought this iPad case not too long ago and I really like how it looks and feels, but there are a couple things that bug me about it. The case is strong and keeps my device safe, but I have a hard time reaching the on/off and volume switches because they're kind of sunken in with this design. I think if they made a few adjustments, it would make the case way easier to use. I just got this awesome iPad case that has an adjustable feature and a clear back, and I gotta say, I am super happy with it! Targus charging adapter kit replacement tip
Just the other day, I got a new tip for my charging adapter kit that I've had for a couple of years now. The old tip was getting all worn out, making it hard for my Acer laptop to charge properly. I did some checking and figured out that I needed a new tip. Luckily, the replacement tip fit like a glove and fixed the charging problem. The product seems to be good quality, and I'm happy with how well it's working now.
iPad case
I'm really disappointed with the iPad case I got for my mom. It broke after hardly any use at all, just one corner snapped off. I gave them the receipt and photos like they asked for, thinking I'd either get my money back or a new one because they advertised a "lifetime warranty." But then they told me it was considered "misuse" and the warranty didn't cover it, even though the corner breaking off was clearly because of a defect in how it was made. I feel so frustrated and tricked, especially since I paid extra thinking I was getting a really good product with a solid warranty.

My son's music teacher suggested this cover and I'm really happy they did. It was on sale, which was a nice surprise. The cover is super strong, bendy, and will totally last forever. I also found some other items that I can use too. The price is worth it for how good the product is.
Bought a cool backpack, 2 years ago
Hey, so like 2 years back, I got this really awesome backpack. It's super cool and really good quality, but the zipper just broke because I use it all the time, no matter the weather. The customer service folks were really nice and quickly sorted things out for me. They're sending me a new bag to replace it. This company is the real deal, I definitely suggest checking them out.
Laptop backpack
I bought a laptop backpack from this store not too long ago because I needed something strong and protective for my laptop. Honestly, I'm pretty let down by the quality of the backpack. It started falling apart after only a few weeks of using it. The zippers were getting stuck, the fabric was fraying, and the overall construction just didn't meet my expectations. I feel like I threw away my money on a product that didn't do what it said it would.
Oversized cover for generation 5 iPad
I bought a cover for my iPad generation 5, which supposed to be adjustable. Turns out, it was way too big. I was really bummed because I got it to replace my old Targus cover. It's annoying that the website doesn't have a replacement made just for the gen 5 iPad. I don't know what to do now.

The website was super easy to use and I got a heads up when my delivery was on the way, which was great. Only thing is, the cover doesn't spin around like my old one did.
Laptop bag purchase
I recently bought a laptop bag online, but it turned out to be the wrong size for me. When I reached out to the company to see if I could exchange it for a smaller one, they said no exchanges were allowed. Instead, I would have to pay to ship it back for a refund. Other companies I've dealt with before have allowed exchanges or free returns, so this was disappointing. I ended up sending the bag back for a refund, but was surprised when Targus deducted the initial shipping cost from my refund. I wasn't happy with this policy at all. Overall, I found the whole process of trying to make an exchange to be too difficult and expensive, so I've decided to not buy from Targus online again. In the future, I'll stick to buying from a physical store where I can try out the product and return it if needed without any extra costs.
computer cabin suitcase
I bought a computer cabin suitcase but had to return it, paying the return shipping cost since it didn’t work out for me. I got in touch with their customer service team and they asked for the shipping info. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt from the post office, so they wouldn’t give me a refund. They didn’t even check their system to see if they had received the suitcase. It wasn’t until a few weeks later that I found the shipping document and sent it to them. Finally, they agreed to refund the suitcase, which they had for more than a month. This was my first and last time buying something from them.
notebook power charger
I bought a new power charger for my notebook recently from a store, but it started acting up after just one month. I tried reaching out to the company that made the charger, but their customer service team was not very helpful and kept causing delays. They kept saying not to return it, but to call them instead, which only made things more complicated. When they finally admitted there was an issue, it was too late to return it to the store where I bought it. They even tried to blame my notebook for the problem, saying it wasn't their fault. Even though it was still under warranty, they wouldn't honor it. The back and forth emails went on for two months, and it was a really frustrating experience.
