Cool product but lacking quality assurance
This product seemed awesome when I first got it, but turns out looks can be deceiving, eh? The backpack I bought had a busted zipper, so annoying. When I contacted the company about their lifetime warranty, they were totally unhelpful and brushed me off. It's pretty disappointing when a brand hypes up their top-notch quality, but then drops the ball when you actually need it, you know?
Fortnight Pack purchase
I recently bought a Fortnight Pack from your store and had some issues with it. The pack I got didn't zip up right, so it was tricky to keep my stuff secure. I talked to customer service and they said they'd send me a new one, but it never showed up. I decided to give it another shot and got a different Fortnite pack a few months later. I even sent back the faulty one in the new box with a note asking for a replacement like they promised, but I never heard back from them. The new pack I got isn't as strong as I was hoping, but at least it works fine. It seems like the company cares about their products, but I was pretty disappointed with how they handled customer service.
Broken bag
My bag broke as soon as I started using it! The strap completely came off and when I called customer service, they weren't helpful at all. They suggested fixing it in a way that was just not possible, and then said I should find a repair shop on my own. The warranty is useless, they didn't want to do anything. To be honest, the bag is really poor quality and the customer service is a complete joke.
Expensive jeans with poor quality
So, I thought I was splurging on a really good pair of jeans when I shelled out $120 for their "toughest pair you'll ever own." But then, lo and behold, the stitching on the left leg starts coming apart after only six months! Can you believe it? I could have bought a few cheap pairs that would have lasted way longer. And to top it all off, now I've got a $120 gift card for a website with nothing good. $180 for a hoodie? No thank you!
Customer service experience
My time using Chrome was actually pretty good. I had to talk to their customer service a few times, and every time they got back to me quickly with helpful answers. It was nice not having to sit around for days waiting for a simple question to be answered. Their quick and useful replies made me feel like they cared about me as a customer. I like when companies make customer satisfaction a priority like Chrome does.
New backpack
I picked up this new backpack from the store 'cause my old one was literally falling apart. It was on sale for a decent price, so I thought why not and snagged it. But not even a year later, it started falling apart at the seams! I attempted to reach out to customer service about it, but they were useless. All I received were annoying automated emails. Totally not cool, dude.
Overpriced bag purchase
I just bought this expensive bag from this company and I gotta say, I was really let down by both the bag itself and the customer service. They claimed it was top-notch but it fell apart after just one use. When I tried to get help from customer service, all they did was tell me where to buy a replacement part. I emailed them again to complain but got no reply. I shelled out a lot of cash for this bag, so I was definitely expecting better quality and service.
Critical situation missed delivery
My time at that place was a huge letdown. I ordered when it was super important to get it quickly, but they missed the delivery time. That left me in a tough spot. And to make things worse, they cancelled my order for no reason at all. When I tried to get help from customer service, they were no help at all - just left me hanging. The whole thing made me feel really disappointed and stuck when I needed help. I definitely wouldn't recommend using their services again.
Black messenger bag
Eh, I picked up this sweet black messenger bag from this place and let me tell ya, it's a real game-changer, eh! The quality of this bag is top-notch, from the material to the stitching, everything is just perfect, ya know. I can fit all my stuff in there without any trouble, and it's so comfy to wear, eh. Nice design but poor quality material
Even though the product I bought had a nice design, I have to admit I was really let down by the quality of the material. Right from the start, it was clear that it wasn't built to last. It just seemed like it wasn't worth the money I spent on it. I'm starting to doubt if it was really made right here in Canada.
Bag purchase with excellent customer service
I had a little problem with a bag I bought from a company on Mulberry St. in Manhattan. When I contacted their customer service, they were quick to reply and asked me some questions to figure out what was going on. After a few back-and-forth emails, they gave me a really fair voucher to fix things up. I gotta say, this has been one of the best customer service experiences I've had. And on top of that, their bags are just amazing - great design and super practical for everyday use.
Lost order, refund issued
So, I had an order disappear during delivery, and when I got in touch with customer service, they told me my bag got lost and that they'd give me a refund in about 7 business days. Although I'm thankful for the quick fix and getting my money back, I can't help but feel let down by the fact that they didn't really try to find any other way to help me out. It would have been nice to see them put in some effort to sort things out instead of just closing the case with a refund. The products are good, no complaints there, but I was definitely disappointed with the customer service I received.
Messenger bag
I just got this messenger bag online not too long ago and I’m really happy with it. I’ve been using it every day for work for like ten years and just noticed that the shoulder strap is starting to wear out. So, I contacted customer service to see about their warranty. I thought they might give me a hard time, since I’ve had trouble with other brands in the past. But, I was pleasantly surprised by how fast and professional Chrome was. They asked for some more info and photos, and next thing I knew, they gave me a code to get a new bag. The new one is even better than the one I had before, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out.
Bravo 3.0 backpack
I got the backpack, but it doesn't have the quick-access laptop zipper like in the pictures. I'm pretty bummed about the false advertising and missing such an important feature.
Messenger bag purchase

Bag Warranty Exchange
I bought a bag from this company a couple of years ago at a good deal. The bag was great for a while, but recently a seam at the bottom started coming apart. I was a bit worried about dealing with the warranty, but to my surprise, it went really smoothly. I got in touch with the company, sent them some pics of the issue, and in just a few days, they sent me a voucher for a brand new bag. I even got a nicer, more expensive bag for just the cost of shipping. Both bags have been awesome quality, and the new one is fantastic. I'm really impressed with how they stand by their warranty and the improved products they offer. I'm definitely sticking with them as a customer after this experience.
Durable bags
I just got this super sturdy bag and let me tell ya, it's amazing. I've put it through some rough situations and it's held up way better than I expected. Although I did notice some stitching starting to tear after a bit, but their customer service was seriously great. Even with all this Covid stuff going on, they stuck by their warranty with no hassles. They were quick, on the ball, and made sure I got a new bag while letting me keep the old one. Gotta give them props for their awesome service and top-notch products.
Doubletrack frame bag purchase
I ordered a doubletrack frame bag but wasn't happy with how it fit on my bike. I asked for a refund on the website and customer service got back to me within a day about processing my credit. It was all sorted out without any issues.
Best bag ever
Oh my goodness, my bag from this store is seriously amazing! I've had it for such a long time and it's been my favorite for everything. But then, there was a small issue with the quality, and I was thinking, "Oh no, what should I do?!" But then, they were really nice and gave me a new one right away. The service was like, so good, they assisted me with everything. Thank you so much, you're the greatest store ever!!
