Solid find

Good build, honestly

Solid pack, fast arrival

Needed for move; sturdy, arrived fast.

Small win

Was nervous, now happy.

Quiet win

Was unsure, now brew coffee every morning

Colour won me over

Used it yesterday; colour nailed it, fit changed my mind.

Thought it'd be lost, ended up fine

Hesitated to order, needed it for work daily; took ages, but okay.

Almost didn't buy it

Kept thinking it might be junk from a past bad order, but it fits and arrived quick, phew.

Late-night lifesaver

Needed for a move, bad back; delivery fast, staff actually helpful, pleasantly surprised.

Unexpectedly solid

Thought it’d be meh, but feels solid in hand; support was chill and quick.

Easy fits, little perks

Totally reliable — delivery's quick and sizes actually match. I wear their shirts for work and lazy weekends, collect the points (small thrill) and cash them into cheques too.

Decent find, quirky delivery

Spotted them at a market, told my sister; delivery was slow-ish, customer service fixed issues, decent.

Finally long enough

At almost two metres I finally find tees and shorts long enough; fabric feels premium, wish more colours were available.

Mostly reliable gear

I end up grabbing most of my workout gear from them, mostly because it lasts and fits as you'd expect. Surprised the stitching held up after many washes.

Wore out too quick

Bought a few pairs of Bjorn Borg over the last year and honestly, they feel great at first — soft, good fit — but after a few washes I keep finding a hole right on the crotch seam. Happens with multiple pairs. Was surprised, since I’ve had cheaper brands last longer. Not worth the price, sadly.

Long wait, comfy result

Was annoyed at first, but after months support came through — shoutout to Madelene. The boxers actually feel comfy, soft waist, I end up wearing them at home all weekend. Bit of a wait though.

Saw them online, stuck in limbo

I first spotted the shoes on Instagram after a friend recommended them. Ordered Jan 3. No sign of the package yet. Their website contact form failed, emails unanswered. Not great, but shoes looked decent on photos.

When the reply finally came

I actually bought this for my nagging lower-back pain and was half expecting the usual online shuffle. At first support ghosted me — I emailed, waited, emailed again — classic. Then out of the blue a rep followed up, offered a return label and a quick tip that fixed the crooked strap (small thing, huge difference). That moment I sighed and thought, okay, worth it. Would've liked faster replies, but hey, it worked out and I'm relieved.

Hesitant but pleased

satisfied in the end. Saw this after a coworker tipped me, so I tried it despite being wary. First order was a mess — wrong size and colour, they asked for photos of packing I didn't keep and seemed to dodge responsibility so I gave up. Next time they fixed it quickly and politely, so yeah, decent comeback.

Payment glitch made me do a double-take

both orders went through. Charged twice, naturally. I messaged customer service, spelled out the whole messy timeline, and heard crickets for a few days. Madelene eventually replied with a very cheerful "all good, orders dispatched", which, yes, was not good. I wrote back, asked them to review the original request and cancel the extra one. Silence. So my doubts before buying? Totally justified. Were they resolved? Not by the support team. On the bright side, the parcels did arrive intact and rejecting them at the door worked as a plan, so I didn't end up out the cost of a return to Sweden — small victory. I've had worse with smaller sellers, and I've had better with big-box retailers. I'm relieved it didn't cost me a fortune, but still annoyed at the lack of help. So yeah.

Sort of a relief in the end

they sent a prepaid return label and confirmed a full refund without more fuss. Not perfect timing, but the way they handled that last step made me breathe out. I kept the messages and took a quick photo before returning, just in case. So yeah, don’t assume every batch is the same, check right away. If they hadn’t fixed it, I would’ve been done with them, but now I feel like I got a fair shake. Small tip — try them on as soon as they arrive and keep the packaging. Little relief, and that’s human, right?
