Return delays
I ordered a few things not long ago that didn't turn out right and had to send them back. The return part was a breeze, but man, getting my money back has been a snail's pace. Even though they got my stuff back, I still haven't seen a dime back yet. I've talked to customer service a bunch of times, and all they give me is excuse after excuse for the hold-up. It's been a real hassle, so I'd suggest sticking with places that give your money back right away.

You guys were quick with the service, and all my stuff arrived in top-notch condition. The prices were pretty good, especially for how awesome the products are. It's been so frustrating dealing with this online store for my recent purchase. I've been waiting for 4 months and still haven't received my order or a refund. The customer service reps I've talked to have been so rude, clueless, and not helpful at all. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism from a big company. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this store online.

Ordered shoes, got some big problems with delivery
I ordered some shoes a while back, eh, and they were supposed to arrive super quick, but it's been forever and they still haven't shown up! The delivery company is such a mystery and won't give adidas any info on where my order is. adidas keeps asking for updates, but nothing is happening. I even asked if I could choose a different delivery company, but they said it's all up to luck. No one important at adidas ever picks up my calls, and the coupons they sent me are no good because I can only use them online. So not cool, eh.
Overpriced sneakers
Hey there, everybody! I gotta tell ya, this sneaker brand is just the pits. I treated myself to a fancy pair of kicks, spent a pretty penny on 'em, only to have 'em fall apart faster than you can say "oops". And let me tell ya, trying to get my money back has been a wild ride. They keep throwin' me all sorts of excuses - saying my bank's at fault, blaming it on some system glitch, you name it. Now I'm out 800 smackers, and I got a sinking feeling I'll never see that cash again. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this total trainwreck of a company.
Soccer shoes wrong size
Hey everyone, so I just picked up these soccer shoes and man, the size is totally off. I tried reaching out to customer service to see if they could help me out, but the person just didn't understand what I needed. All I wanted was to swap them for the right size, you know? But nope, they couldn't do anything to sort it out, now I'm stuck waiting ages for a refund. Definitely not going back to them for my next purchase!

I can't even put into words how frustrated and mad I am with the online customer service of this company. I was just trying to make a simple return, but it's turned into a total nightmare. Even though the tracking says they got my return, I still haven't heard anything about my refund. And when I tried to reach out through chat, no surprise, nobody was there to help. It's crazy to me how a company can have great products but drop the ball so hard on customer service.

I had a big problem with an online order I made recently. The thing I bought was stuck in the company's online system for almost a month! I kept trying to get help and fix the issue, but nothing happened. The chat on the website was so annoying, always refreshing and not easy to use. When I finally talked to someone, they were not very helpful and just gave me basic answers. Even when I tried to escalate the problem, it took supervisors a whole week to respond with the same useless info. This whole situation has me wondering if the company's customer service is really as good as they claim.

I was pretty disappointed with my last purchase from Adidas, eh. I went online, ordered a few things, got charged for them, but they never showed up, eh. Turns out, the warehouse messed up and put the wrong address on the shipping label, so the stuff got sent back. I tried reaching out to customer service a bunch of times, talked to a few different people, but nothing got fixed, eh. It's frustrating to lose $80.00 because of Adidas' shipping and customer service mistakes, for sure, eh.

The website keeps giving me an error every time I try to process a return. Even though I've brought it up a few times, it still hasn't been fixed. It's frustrating and disappointing that they don't seem to care about making their website better. The customer service reps I talked to on the phone weren't very friendly or well-trained. I ordered a bunch of stuff to make sure I found the right size and style, but I only ended up keeping a few things. The rep I talked to seemed surprised that I was returning the rest, which I thought was unnecessary. Nowadays, I think it's normal for people to order a bunch of stuff and only keep what they like.
Running shoes
As a loyal customer, I'm feeling let down by the limited choices on the Canadian site. It seems like we're always getting the second-best stuff compared to the US site. It's annoying that we can't order straight from the main site, which means we're stuck with a not-so-great selection. I've had it with the Canadian site's mediocre options and will be shopping somewhere else for my activewear from now on.
Wrong size shoes
I ordered the wrong size shoes and was bummed to find out they don't do refunds or exchanges on some models. Not gonna shop here anymore, I'll just stick with Amazon.

Yeezys stolen
I was super stoked to finally snag my Yeezys after winning the drop on the app! But then T-Force went and lost or swiped my shoes, and Adidas wouldn't hook me up with a new pair - all they offered was my money back. Not cool at all!
