    I recently bought a pair of shoes online and it was a total nightmare. First of all, the quality of the shoes was really bad and definitely not worth the price, even with a discount. Secondly, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The shoes got lost during delivery and ended up being delivered to someone else with a different name on the card. It took me a good month of searching around my neighborhood to finally find them. And trying to talk to someone was impossible. I had to wait days for email replies and could never get through on the phone or chat. And on top of all that, when I sent the shoes back and finally managed to track them, I have to wait another whole month to get my money back.

    Overpriced sneakers

    Hey there, everybody! I gotta tell ya, this sneaker brand is just the pits. I treated myself to a fancy pair of kicks, spent a pretty penny on 'em, only to have 'em fall apart faster than you can say "oops". And let me tell ya, trying to get my money back has been a wild ride. They keep throwin' me all sorts of excuses - saying my bank's at fault, blaming it on some system glitch, you name it. Now I'm out 800 smackers, and I got a sinking feeling I'll never see that cash again. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this total trainwreck of a company.

    St Xenia prayer card

    The prayer card I got for St. Xenia had the prayer printed upside down on the back, eh. I was kinda bummed with the quality control and attention to detail during the printing, ya know? Could you send me a new card with the prayer printed the right way, please? Thanks a bunch!

    I just bought a pillow from this store and I gotta say, I wasn't impressed with how slow their customer service is. I shot them an email asking a question and still haven't heard back from them. Not cool. It's so frustrating to feel ignored as a customer. Companies really need to step up and reply promptly to their customers' questions and issues if they want to keep our trust and loyalty. This whole ordeal has definitely made me think twice about shopping here again.
