Unauthorized spam emails
I'm really frustrated with all the spam emails I keep getting. I never even signed up for any of that stuff, but I'm constantly bombarded with useless info every day. And even when I try to make them stop, they just ignore me completely.
Cleaning products
As a customer at this company, I bought some cleaning stuff online. But you know what happened, eh? I had to cancel my order ’cause things changed. And then the products showed up not once, but twice! The worst part was the lack of communication and the fact that I couldn't even get a hold of them except through their website. It was a real hassle, let me tell ya.
Boring bimonthly orders
This company is seriously the worst, eh! I signed up for these boring bimonthly orders and I only got TWO packages. They kept taking my money but I didn't receive my stuff. When I asked about it, they blamed COVID for the delays and then said my order got sent back. Can you believe it?! They don't even care about us customers, they just take our money and don't even give us our stuff. Thanks to them, I had to buy more washing tablets. I hope I get my refund but who knows with these guys. Seriously, just avoid them, trust me, eh.
