Shoes
I recently bought a pair of shoes online and it was a total nightmare. First of all, the quality of the shoes was really bad and definitely not worth the price, even with a discount. Secondly, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The shoes got lost during delivery and ended up being delivered to someone else with a different name on the card. It took me a good month of searching around my neighborhood to finally find them. And trying to talk to someone was impossible. I had to wait days for email replies and could never get through on the phone or chat. And on top of all that, when I sent the shoes back and finally managed to track them, I have to wait another whole month to get my money back.
My sneakers
Last week, I ordered a pair of sneakers online and it was a total disaster, eh! I wanted to cancel my order right away, but they wouldn't let me. They kept going back and forth with me for 8 days before finally sending my shoes. So annoying, eh! I'm never gonna buy from them again.
Overpriced poorly made shoes
I splurged on a fancy pair of shoes from their store, thinking I was investing in something of good quality. But man, was I ever wrong. After only a few wears, those shoes started falling apart on me. The leather got scuffed up and the heel was coming loose. I tried reaching out to their customer service for some help, but all I got was crickets. It's pretty obvious they don't back up their products and could care less about helping out their customers. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of their shoes, trust me.
Ordered 3 pairs of shoes online
I ordered some shoes online because they were on sale. When they arrived, they were good, but one pair was too tight so I had to send it back. It took longer for them to receive it compared to another company I sent stuff to at the same time. I emailed them and they helped me out right away. I'm happy with my shoes now!
Shoes and bag
So, I bought these super cute shoes and a matching bag from the store, right? But then when I was paying with Apple Pay, my delivery address suddenly changed out of nowhere! Can you believe it? So, I tried to fix it or even cancel my order, but there wasn't even an option for that! I sent an email to customer service, but it took them a whole 10 days to reply! By then, my stuff had already been sent out. Ugh, so annoying!
Shoe purchase
I had a super frustrating time with the online customer service. It was so hard to talk to an actual person for help. The lack of communication between the two companies just made everything worse. I think I'll probably never shop online with them again, even though I really like their shoes.
Boots purchase
OMG, the service was just terrible. They didn't even try to help me get a refund or a new receipt for my expensive boots. I was so frustrated, they seriously need to give their staff some training or just close the store. Ugh!
Returned shoes for refund
I just returned three pairs of shoes for a refund, like the company told me to. It's been two weeks now and I haven't heard anything back or gotten my $200 back. I emailed them but still no response. I'm pretty frustrated with how this whole thing is going down, to be honest.
Trainers, ordered online
OMG, I ordered these kicks online and didn't even get a confirmation email! Can you believe it?! I was so worried that I wouldn't even get them. I paid using a buy now pay later thingy, so hopefully they will reimburse me if something goes wrong. It's like, come on, why can't they send a simple email to confirm my order?! I was super disappointed with their service, especially since they are so popular! Oh, and an update - the kicks finally arrived today after I messaged them on social media. An email at the time of purchase would have saved me from all this stress!
Black heels purchase
I ordered these super cute black heels online for this fancy event I was going to and they were supposed to come in 3-5 business days. But guess what? Nine days go by and still no sign of my order, so I shoot them a message. All I get back is some automatic email saying it's gonna be another 5 business days before I hear anything. Eleven days after I placed my order, Aldo goes ahead and cancels it. Like, seriously?! They completely messed up my plans for the event, and all they give me is a half-hearted "sorry for the inconvenience." Not cool, totally unacceptable.
Full payment for order
I paid in full for my order, eh, including delivery charges, but never received it. I got in touch with the courier company to ask about my package, only to find out that Aldo forgot to pay for the shipping. I've tried reaching out to Aldo several times over the past few weeks, but still no word on my missing order. Their silence and failure to follow through has left me feeling really let down and annoyed, eh.
Shoes purchase, low quality
I bought a pair of shoes from this store not too long ago and I gotta say, I'm really let down by the quality. They fell apart on me after only a few weeks of wear. It feels like I threw away a bunch of cash on something that didn't hold up. I used to love shopping there and got shoes for me and my fam multiple times, but after this mess, I think I'll take my business elsewhere.
Sandals for summer
Terrible customer service, eh! I shelled out extra for next day delivery for a crucial event and I still haven't got my order. They don't even bother to answer my emails. It's just terrible how they treat their customers, eh!
Bought shoes
Oh my goodness, eh? So, I bought these shoes, and, like, it seriously took FOREVER for them to get here! The shipping was sooooo slow, and the tracking info never even changed. Ugh, what a drag. And don't even get me started on the customer service, it was a total nightmare! They never replied to my emails, and I had to wait, like, hours on the phone just to speak to someone. Like, seriously, not cool. The only good part was that I could easily return or swap the shoes in-store, but still, like, not worth all the trouble, eh.
Recent shoe purchase
I just bought something at this store and I gotta say, the customer service was top-notch. The staff there were super friendly and quick to help me out with anything I needed. The prices were fair and the products were great quality. All in all, I had a really positive experience and I'll definitely be going back there again.
Got new shoes
Got a new pair of shoes, eh? But they got dirty real quick and now I can't get them clean no matter what I do, ugh. Such a waste of $75, eh.
