Sub Ocean Plastic watch
I bought a Sub Ocean Plastic watch and it looked good at first, but turned out to be low quality. After wearing it just twice to the pool, the inside got all foggy and water droplets formed inside. Not only did it affect how it worked, but it didn't look good either. And let me tell you, dealing with their customer service has been the worst part of it all. I tried reaching out multiple times about getting a refund or a new watch, but I'm still waiting for a response. The lack of communication and slow response to my concerns has been frustrating, and now I have a bad impression of the brand.

Perfume purchase, delayed delivery, withheld refund
I bought two nice perfumes the other day, but they didn't get here in time for the special event I had in mind. When I returned them, I thought for sure I'd get a refund right away. But surprise, surprise - Dior decided to keep the refund on hold because some free samples were missing from the original order. They didn't even tell me about this policy, so now I'm feeling pretty frustrated and let down.

Phone plan
Oh man, I signed up for a phone plan at this one place and it was terrible. They kept adding extra charges for no reason! So I switched to a different company, but can you believe they kept charging me even after I left? I tried reaching out to their customer service, but it was so frustrating. They were rude, gave me incorrect information, and even hung up on me! Honestly, I wouldn't recommend going there at all.

Black heels purchase
I ordered these super cute black heels online for this fancy event I was going to and they were supposed to come in 3-5 business days. But guess what? Nine days go by and still no sign of my order, so I shoot them a message. All I get back is some automatic email saying it's gonna be another 5 business days before I hear anything. Eleven days after I placed my order, Aldo goes ahead and cancels it. Like, seriously?! They completely messed up my plans for the event, and all they give me is a half-hearted "sorry for the inconvenience." Not cool, totally unacceptable.

Family holiday booking
The booking process at the branch went really well. Our travel agent, Holly, was amazing and knew a lot about all the different holiday options. She helped us pick out the perfect family vacation to Florida for next year, and even gave us prosecco and snacks while we were booking. It was such a stress-free and easy experience, all thanks to Holly's fantastic service.
