Incorrect product substitution
I bought something not too long ago, but they sent me the wrong thing. I tried to reach out to them to fix it, but all I got back was unclear answers and they never sorted out the problem.
Savage Parfum
I bought a bottle of Savage Parfum recently, and was really let down by it. The smell wasn't as strong and long-lasting as I thought it would be. When I reached out to customer service with the batch number to get some answers, I got no reply at all. This lack of communication and responsibility from the brand has made me doubt if the product is even real or trustworthy. It seems like they might have changed the formula, because the scent didn't stick around like it was supposed to.
Luxury high-end items
As someone who often buys fancy things, I gotta tell you, my last customer service experience was just awful. The staff were so unprofessional and rude, it really brought me down. Even though the stuff they sell is top-notch, the bad service left a bad taste in my mouth. It's a shame to see a well-known brand drop the ball on something as basic as customer service.
Engraved perfume bottle gift
I got a personalized perfume bottle as a gift for an 18th birthday, but I was really let down by the whole experience. The item came in a box that looked worn and used, totally ruining the fancy reputation of the brand. When I reached out to customer service and showed them photos of the damaged box, they just said they don't send new boxes. Since the bottle was engraved, I couldn't even send it back and was stuck giving a nice gift in a not-so-nice box. This made me wonder if the product was even real and made me feel pretty crappy as a customer. To top it off, when I asked about their complaints process, the customer service team stopped talking to me altogether, which seemed pretty unprofessional and uncaring. It's disappointing to have such a bad experience with a brand that's supposed to make you feel important and special, no matter what you buy. I'd recommend avoiding this brand and finding somewhere else for luxury stuff.
Luxury fashion purchase
I bought a high-end fashion item recently and honestly, I was pretty impressed with the service I got. Even though I had heard some bad reviews, I thought I'd give it a shot and I'm really happy I did. The customer service rep I talked to was super helpful and really reassured me. My order came the very next day, everything was there and the item was in great shape. The color was just what I was looking for and I'm thrilled with my purchase. So, if you're on the fence about ordering, don't stress too much - you might end up pleasantly surprised like me.

I bought two nice perfumes the other day, but they didn't get here in time for the special event I had in mind. When I returned them, I thought for sure I'd get a refund right away. But surprise, surprise - Dior decided to keep the refund on hold because some free samples were missing from the original order. They didn't even tell me about this policy, so now I'm feeling pretty frustrated and let down.

I recently bought a perfume online and I think it might be fake. It's been two months since I got it and I noticed some differences between the perfume I got and the real deal. The scent doesn't last as long and it just doesn't smell the same. I'm pretty disappointed in the product quality. Even though I made sure to buy it from the brand's official website to be sure it was real, it seems like it's not. When I reached out to customer service about my concerns, they told me that the formula for the Dior J'adore L'or perfume had changed, but I don't believe that's true. Overall, I'm not happy with the perfume or the way customer service handled this problem.
50ml perfume with mini Dior products as gifts
I just bought a 50ml perfume from an online store and it was supposed to come with some mini Dior products as gifts. But when I got the package, the gifts were missing. I called customer support and they told me there was a problem with PayPal payments on their website that caused the gifts to not be included. They only gave me a discount code for my next purchase instead of sending the missing items. I was really disappointed by their lack of customer service and follow-through.

I recently bought something from this company and had a big problem with getting my order on time. I ordered it on April 1st and they told me it would be sent out by April 3rd. But then they kept changing the delivery date on the website, and it ended up being April 8th. The shipping company, Seur, told me there was a delay, but I haven't heard anything about where my stuff is now. I tried to get in touch with both the shipping company and the company I ordered from, but I had to wait an extra 2 weeks with no solution. This whole situation has been really frustrating and disappointing because there's been no communication and the delivery process was not efficient.
Recent lipstick purchase
I recently found this Dior lipstick and let me tell you, it's absolutely amazing! Stephanie from Cambridge was such a huge help and gave me some honest advice. I ended up buying a few more Dior lipsticks because I loved them so much. Definitely sticking with this brand from now on!
Luxurious fragrance purchase
Can you believe it? I bought this fancy perfume thinking I would get some free samples, and I paid with Paypal. But guess what? No free samples for those who pay with Paypal! When I asked about it, they gave me a snarky response, saying I missed the fine print in the terms and conditions. I filed a complaint, but got no response. Then I asked to speak to someone higher up, still no response. This customer service is a total joke!
Overpriced handbag
Don't bother spending your money on those expensive handbags! The quality doesn't match the price they're asking for. When I tried to reach out to customer service with my issues, they were so rude and disrespectful. It's just not right to treat customers like that. I'm never buying from that brand again.
cool skirt and new shoes
I'm really frustrated, eh! Got my awesome skirt and shiny new shoes, but they totally forgot to ship me the cool hat I ordered 🙄 I sent them two emails already, but they still haven't replied 😡 Guess I won't be shopping here again, eh? Really bummed out 'cause I was really looking forward to that hat 😩

Expensive product
I bought something really pricey from this store, thinking it would be top-notch. But man, was I let down. The item I got wasn't the quality I was hoping for, and I felt like I got ripped off. I even asked for some samples with my order, but what I got was really not up to par. When I asked about it, they said the good stuff was out of stock. Like, come on, for a high-end brand, that's just not cool. Customers shouldn't feel disappointed after splurging on luxury stuff.
